Great quiet location. Dog friendly. Lots of space. Well appointed.

House was fantastic and a short walk to park and playground was perfect for balancing all the activities available in Rotorua with some quieter outdoor play for the kids. Highly recommend!

My parents stayed at this property for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for what they needed. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for everyone. The location was ideal—close to everything they needed while still feeling peaceful. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it the perfect home base for such a special weekend. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located place to stay!

Clean and comfortable, with lots of bedrooms, garage space, off-street parking, hot tub, nice shower. Kitchen was small though, with bare minimum of cups, pots, pantry items, and the gas stove-top didn't work well.

Beautiful home. My family loved taking pictures in nearly every room due to the decoration. Close to city center. Google maps takes you to the wrong address but easy to get to when you figure it out. Larger cars might have an issue with the narrowness of the gare when leaving but we managed. I left a lighter, kindling and fire starters for the next people as we could find anything at the property to start the beautiful fireplaces with. I will 100% be booking this property in the future. Awesome base to head out to do all the things Rotorua has to offer, Heated pool was great to keep the kids entertained (quite deep - so recommend life jacket or float armbands for the littles or not so good swimmers) lovely home in a nice quiet area

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful home and only wished we could have extended our stay! It was well equipped, warm and homely! Will definitely be back to stay for longer.
