We loved staying in this cute, comfortable, cozy space. It had everything we needed and we had a great time in Rotorua! The location was great- an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to visit, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

House was fantastic and a short walk to park and playground was perfect for balancing all the activities available in Rotorua with some quieter outdoor play for the kids. Highly recommend!

My parents stayed at this property for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for what they needed. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for everyone. The location was ideal—close to everything they needed while still feeling peaceful. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it the perfect home base for such a special weekend. We found the house made to measure for our needs. Relaxing and comfortable with top rate amenities. The house is only 4 years old and designed superbly for storing bikes and excellent garage space. The spa is premium and we enjoyed meeting the friendly neighbour who also rides. Definitely al 7 of us felt we would return “in a heart beat.”
