Wonderful beach front property. Very friendly host. Everything a family needs for a holiday.

We stayed 2 nights. Enough for us as we tour New Zealand, very comfortable warm home.

Lovely spacious, light-filled studio room with views across the street and to trees beyond. Good size kitchenette and we appreciated the milk and tea bags. We also appreciated the early check-in. The weak point of this place is the bathroom handbasin. It is tiny and there is no vanity bench.Also can I suggest some new coat hangers? You'll see from the listed photos that the outside steps are steep, which is not necessarily a problem but there are two things to look out for. Firstly, the depth of the tread. It is very narrow so you have to walk sideways otherwise you'll tear the leather off the back of your shoes. Secondly, there is no handrail. That said, the room has a great heat pump so it's lovely and warm. The bed is super comfortable with good linen and there are plenty of fluffy towels. It's conveniently located close enough to the airport and the city centre - both an easy Uber ride away. The Hataitai village shops are within easy walking distance.Shelley was good to deal with and she responded quickly to my questions.We would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a clean and tidy property in a great location by Lake Ferry. It is comfortable and well equipped and perfect for exploring the South Wairarapa.

we stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed all the little welcoming touches. The property was very clean and comfortable with privacy and off street parking. Handy to the township and the beach.

What a find! A beautiful setting for a reaxing getaway weekend where we celebrated a wedding anniversary. The bach is perfect. We higjly recommend this accommodation and will definitely come again.
