Our beachfront stay was absolutely perfect for our family and friends! With ample bedrooms and a fantastic kids' breakout room, everyone had their own space. Waking up to views of Kapiti Island and having direct beach access made for an relaxing and fun-filled holiday. Highly recommend!

Modern and clean property. Suited all our needs, especially with the lift as we had a family member who could not climb stairs. Brilliant location close to beach, shops and cafes/restaurants.Our hosts Dan and Chloe are a lovely couple.Thank you Dan and Chloe for a wonderful stay at your property.

Lynda’s home is absolutely stunning! We had a lovely stay with our family (including teens and a baby). spacious living areas and wonderful indoor outdoor flow. The pool and spa were great. Every detail was thought of, well equipped kitchen for cooking. We would love to come back next summer!

Thank you to our host Peter and his property manager Rhonda. Waikanae Beach sure turned on the sunny weather for us the whole time we were there. Sandgate is a great beach property with the most fantastic view of Kapiti Island. As I do when I go on holiday I take half the house with me, next time here I will leave most of it at home as there is plenty of everything you need. The furniture is old but comfortable and is perfect for a beach property. Beds are very comfortable. House was very clean when we arrived, has a very homely feel. Also so grateful that we could holiday with our dog, thank you so much. Will be staying here again in the future........Rose-Ann & Rex
