A very cute cottage. We loved the refurbishment back to original walls and floors. The beds are fantastic. The location is very close to the beach and a nice walk to the township. We would like to return some time.
An amazing property to stay in for a couple nights. Everything you need and in a fantastic location. Really enjoyed our time here. Definitely a place we would rebook
This cottage was absolutely wonderful and perfect for our weekend for a sports event in Porirua. The cottage was less rustic and more modern than I had imagined, making it very enjoyable, but still very quaint and cosy. There was no beach view, but the cottage was within walking distance if you can cope with the hill. The village was lively on Saturday and Sunday mornings with lovely locals emjoying the sunshine.
Lovely clean, didn’t realise shared driveway. Some cars went so fast down the hill. Very short walk to the beach. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again. Was great to have wifi and lots of tv channels. Kitchen fitted out well if you needed to cook .
Fantastic long weekend away in a character beach cottage of my childhood - but with lots of good lighting, heating, WiFi, power points, mirrors and a dishwasher!! Two minute walk to the beach and our pup had a ball! Had to be carried home cos he’d run himself ragged!
We Enjoyed our stay at your unique and timely cottage ,with it's beachy accents .A beautiful little picture and poem in the kitchen completedthe personal touches , along with fresh flowers on the tableand little chocolate bars on the pillows . Very thoughtful ! All at a very reasonable price , in this 2 bed room 3 bed cottage . We highly recommend it.Just a 5 minute walk to the end of the street , to the beach . Host ,and the property manager , are both very hospitable . Kind Regards Robert.
