This cute, well located 1970's Spanish style open plan, fully fenced corner batch has provided many happy family moments for the owners and they are now making it available for others to share.

Situated directly across the road from the main public access to Kapiti's best and most swimming friendly beach in the exclusive old beach area of Waikanae.

Walking distance to cafe's and restaurants (One Minute to closest), the boat club, beach launch and bus stops.

Great short stay in Waikanae Beach

This was a great location to base myself for a couple of days cycling around the Kāpiti coast.There is a fantastic bakery a short walk down the road offering tasty coffee and excellent pastries (savory and sweet).The beach is only a block away and provides a nice open walk with views out to Kāpiti island.The house was easy to access, clean, and comfortable.

Good place for family getaway

Nice for family getaway. Older place and a bit damp but price reflects that compared to others in the area. Great location for family close to beach and a great Thai restaurant. Would stay again.

Beautiful stay & area!

Our stay was amazing. The place was more than we expected, homely and cozy. Nothing flash which is exactly what we love! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again in the summertime to utilise the great deck area.

Great location

The house was comfortable, well equipped & handy to the beach. The lack of Wifi was not a problem for us. Nor was it an issue to take our own linen. However, we grappled with the poorly maintained front gates which resulted in an injured finger. Despite leaving the house clean & tidy, & as we had found it, we were surprised, 9 days later, to be charged a “cleaning” fee of 60. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Quick trip with friends

We all really liked the place! It was a nice bach to just hang out with each other for a quick trip. Really close to the beach and a couple of local shops. Would come again!

Amazing location and wonderful bach

About a 2 minute walk to the ocean itself, the outside space was wonderful, the house ourself was very welcoming and cozy, and the kids loved having the loft to themselves. We had a phenomenal time and would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat!

Classic kiwi bach

Our second time staying here, this bach has been a perfect home away from when exploring the wider area. Clean and tidy with everything we could need. Right next to the beach, a couple of minutes walk to playgrounds for the kids. We will be back again ☺
