Blair Holiday Home, Waikanae Beach

Blair Holiday Home is only one minute stroll to beautiful Waikanae beach. This newly decorated and furnished house in Fenside Street is a peaceful holiday escape for couples and families. Close to the boat ramp where your boat can be launched for a small fee.

The house is fully equipped with modern furnishings, has a large lounge/dining room and kitchen. There is also a sunny conservatory to relax in. Three bedrooms(sleeps six), bathroom(with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
A portacot and highchair are available. Sky, Broadband and Wifi provided.
Your stay also includes quality linen, towels and beach towels.

The large fenced off section is safe for children. Outdoor BBQ, off-street parking, also a large secure double garage to park the car or boat.

Waikanae is situated on the Kapiti Coast, 45 minutes drive from Wellington Central, trains and buses to Waikanae available. Paraparaumu Airport only 15 mins drive away.
Waikanae township has supermarkets, restaurants, and Coastlands Shopping Mall only 10 minutes away in Paraparaumu.

Pristine place 3 mins from beach

Awesome place, meticulously clean and well maintained. I’ve stayed in a few baches to know sometimes the line between ‘rustic’ and just poorly maintained is liberally used. Not this place. Even child items, toys, beach towels, bbq, everything is very well catered for. Well done on a fabulous place that makes for a fabulous stay!

Immaculate property with everything you need

We stayed at Blair Holiday Home for four nights during the school holidays. House is immaculately clean (they don’t even have any dead bugs in the light fittings! said hubby) and has everything you could possibly need, including baby bath toys and a toddler seat for the toilet! All the necessary kitchen implements and tools for baking as well if that’s your thing on holiday. Electric heaters and the log burner kept us toasty on the colder nights and the conservatory was a nice place to catch the sun. The surprise of finding the X Box 360 was a huge bonus for Mr 8 on the one rainy day we had too! Very close to the beach but sheltered from the sea breeze. About ten mins wander down the the shops at Waikanae Beach and about the same in the other direction to the estuary. Would love to stay here again, thanks Rachelle!

Beautiful Retreate

What a beautiful place to get away for a short weekend break. The house was spotless and well equipped. The TV setup let us login to our own streaming service and wifi reception was perfect. Lovely outdoor area and also a sunroom to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great shower and beautiful soap supplied, along with lovely linen. Great location - short walk to the beach and local cafes. Rachelle was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and made our booking and trip so easy. We will certainly be back.
