About this property

Blair Holiday Home is only one minute stroll to beautiful Waikanae beach. This newly decorated and furnished house in Fenside Street is a peaceful holiday escape for couples and families. Close to the boat ramp where your boat can be launched for a small fee.

The house is fully equipped with modern furnishings, has a large lounge/dining room and kitchen. There is also a sunny conservatory to relax in. Three bedrooms(sleeps six), bathroom(with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
A portacot and highchair are available. Sky, Broadband and Wifi provided.
Your stay also includes quality linen, towels and beach towels.

The large fenced off section is safe for children. Outdoor BBQ, off-street parking, also a large secure double garage to park the car or boat.

Waikanae is situated on the Kapiti Coast, 45 minutes drive from Wellington Central, trains and buses to Waikanae available. Paraparaumu Airport only 15 mins drive away.
Waikanae township has supermarkets, restaurants, and Coastlands Shopping Mall only 10 minutes away in Paraparaumu.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blair House. The accommodation was super clean, comfortable and tidy. We appreciated the quiet location and proximity to the beach. Rachelle was great with communicating information and kindly flexible with check in and check out times. Thank you for having us! We'd love to return sometime.

Lovely place

We loved staying at this clean,comfortable and well presented property. We cycled a lot and enjoyed the sunny days looking around.Had a fabulous meal out at the Salt and Wood restaurant.

Fabulous stay

We really enjoyed our time in this immaculate, warm and cosy home! Plenty of room for all plus a sunny conservatory. The teenagers loved playing with the Xbox which was a lovely bonus!! Would definitely recommend and stay again, thanks!
