• No cleaning charge – please see our modest cleaning requests in the information guide provided in the bach.
• To help keep costs (and the rental price) down, we have no street rubbish collection. We ask you to take your rubbish away with you if it is convenient and, if not, we provide containers for leaving rubbish and recycling at the bach.
• Please note there is an extra fee for bookings of more than 4 guests ($20 per extra guest per night)
• We may request references for bookings over the xmas/new year period.
