The villa is mostly well set up and has everything we needed. It has a homely feel but with temperatures in the 30s during the day, it got very hot and sleeping at night was not easy. Giuseppe is a great host and nothing is too much trouble for him so he provided fans to help with cooling.Aircon is advertised as available - but with an extra charge of 20 Euros per night.
We stayed a week and Villa Nuba was an ideal base from which to visit some of the many interesting towns and villages in beautiful Umbria. We loved Perugia and Villa Nuba and highly recommend.
