Just what I needed to get away on my own. Was beautiful and enjoyed the tuis feeding on the flax arms length away. I felt very safe as was in a secured locked area. The views were amazing. Would love to go again

A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous location and stunning home. We were able to accommodate our team with ease. The home was peaceful and relaxing. We could relax at the lakes before heading back the the Red Barn. The covered outdoor area added a addition room and we could all eat together. Spacious well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry with direct access to back door and clothes line was fabulous. Having two fridges is such a blessing. Would be great for a family stay and team. Would definitely recommend and stay again with my family. Easy access to Rotorua and within walking distance to the lake. Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. Relax and enjoy

The Shepards Hut is absolutely beautiful and the bath was brilliant. Scott and Shona are very lovely. Thank you for your hospitality! You guys did a fantastic job on the place!

This is an amazing property. Great farm location with magic views, but super close to Rotorua and all it offers. Well appointed, comfortable, gracious home. Excellent information and communication wirh hosts.
