Right from the start the service was excellent, very friendly and professional. Early check-in was appreciated, daily service was great, having a washing machine/dryer in the room was perfect. Location was excellent, close to public transport, shopping centre a good size and also close by. Staff are on board for a good part of the day and were always friendly and professional. The price is very good - we stayed for 12 days and would happily stay here again. One minor issue - having to log on to the internet every time we left the room, or sometimes just not using it for an hour or so, was painful, especially when it took some time to get to the log on page sometimes.
