Richmond family rentals

This house was perfect for us while in Nelson for a basketball tournament. The location was brilliant and only a 7 minute drive from Saxton Stadium and we were able to get out for daily walks / runs along the reserve and to the beach walkway. It was also great to be so close to nearby cafes, Sprig and Fern, On the Spot supermarket and the lovely Connings Market as well as other eateries at Berryfields. The house was beautifully fitted out with lovely furniture and super comfy beds, a great couch and just generally really tastefully done with nice linen, dinnerware, glassware etc everything we needed and more in the kitchen. The house got loads of sunshine and we were always warm and in fact had to open the doors when we home as it was so hot!The owners were helpful and responsive and everything was really easy from the booking right through to the check out! Thanks so much, we are already just trying to work out dates for when the next sports tournament is we need to come back for!

Near new three bedroom house. Well appointed with all the extras you would need on holiday. Single car garage and off street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend. :-)

We had a wonderful time here relaxing in the spa and we found the guesthouse beautifully arranged and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed! We would love to stay again. Thanks so much Cindy!

Great had everything we needed

The property was great for our large group of 9. We were handy to the western areas of Nelson and not too far from the city for dining out, galleries etc. Did a lot of exploring around and about which we really enjoyed. The house facilities were excellent and Anna, the host, was really pleasant and supportive when I had any queries.

We loved staying at this house. It was exceptionally clean and tidy with very comfy beds and all required amenities. Communication responses were prompt and helpful. Well appointed for staying in Richmond with easy access to the main roads. Would totally recommend.

We booked this at short notice as we needed to alter our plans dues to road conditions elsewhere and we wanted to gather as a family in one place - there were nine adults and one infant. This house was perfect for our needs, with a nice big lounge and an adjoining deck. Great views over Tasman Bay, neat walks literally at the back gate, and close to all amenities. The house was clean, and tidy, Sally was a great host and the communication was excellent. As it was my birthday - there were some chocolates and a card there, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thanks.
