Do you enjoy your own private and sunny space in a self contained studio with its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry?

I like to welcome you to Lavender Studio. The studio has a relaxing outlook with fruit trees, the saltwater pool and a spacious yard, shared with wee Maddie the dog.

The studio provides:
*Full kitchen facilities with full sized stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kitchen sink, pots &pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
*The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
*The laundry has a washing machine, airing rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and there is an outdoor clothes line.
*The bedroom/lounge has a TV.
*Free WiFi.

The location at the Richmond foothills makes a perfect base for enjoying the local mountain biking.
You are about 1 km walking distance to the Richmond Mall and Queen Street shops.
Only 300 meters to the local dairy/pub and fish/chips shop.

Tahuna beach is a 12 minute drive and Rabbit Island 15 minutes. Enjoy a beautiful scenic drive to famous Kaiterteri beach at the beginning of the Abel Tasman National Park where all sorts of activities await from Kayaking, Scenic boat trips and the Kaiterteri Mountain Bike Park.
If you desire to go and explore Golden Bay it is a 1.5 hour drive to Takaka.

It is a lovely and comfy compact studio. I couldn't find towels for the pool as I was keen for a swim. Apart from that, I would stay again as location suited us. Daphna was easy to communicate with. Thank you.

I had a lovely stay, the area around the house is beautiful, with all the citrus trees, and the pool in the back ground. The apartment where I stayed was bigger than I anticipated. The owner was absolutely wonderful. Close to the center of town and easy to get to. I would highly recommend , and will go back here for another stay in future.

Super easy

We enjoyed the quiet location and pleasant garden outlook. Thankfully a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes after several days on the road.It also an easy stroll to the main Richmond shops with some great cafes, restaurants and other shops. (I found the ladies at the Health & Herbs shop very helpful).Thanks to Daphna for making this space available
