Excellent stay. This apartment has everything you need!! And the views are amazing!!

Hard to beat the location of this premises. So convenient to everything. The only downside is perhaps the complicated car parking arrangements which is exacerbated by the partial pedestrianisation of The Esplanade, which created access delays.

A wonderful apartment with all that you need. Comfortable bed, fantastic views of the broadwater and fabulous pool.

The apartments were very spacious and modern. Because the apartment was south facing it tended to be cold. You could turn up air conditioning, but it seemed to stay on a set 22deg. T V in bedroom is only for streaming, not normal TV. Excellent location close to supermarkets and shopping centres. Numerous restaurants within walking distance along with local transport.

Check in with Madi was an absolute breeze We were early arriving and she checked us in then called us when room ready On arriving we were so lucky to be given upgrade to ocean view on 14th floor The little personal extras ie bottled water coffee pods biscuits toiletries drink voucher etc were so appreciated and just added a special welcoming touch Thank you Avani for lovely stay We wish it was longer than 2 nights but will certainly recommend and will be back A very special thank you to Madi for her professional friendly and accomodating check in

Possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the price

We had an awesome stay here we extended 2 times but housekeeping not very good we had to call to get our housekeeping done a few times coming back after 6pm Other than that was great

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights while on holiday in the Gold Coast and found it to be great accommodation - right opposite public transport station and Pacific Fair. Staff were super helpful and everything was made so easy. Room was well equipped with everything we needed, and the public areas (gym, pool, spa etc.) were all lovely. Thanks Bel Air for a great stay.
