Stunning beachfront penthouse

Penthouse on the seafront, with direct access to the beach of Torre Valentina. The apartment is located in Sant Antoni de Calonge, with access to Camí de Ronda towards Platja d'Aro just 5 minutes walk.

Cozy apartment for a maximum of five people with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There are two bathrooms, a toilet and another bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room / living room has a sofa and television. From the dining room and the double room you can access the spectacular terrace of the apartment overlooking the sea and the bay of Palamós.

To improve the comfort of our guests we offer nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. And free wifi for guests.

In front of the promenade, where during the year you can ride a bike, run or walk, watch the sunrise or have a drink on the bars' terraces.

You will hear the sea throughout your stay! It will be a feeling of freedom that only the sea gives you.

Séjour et situation agréable Je regrette un peu le manque de convivialité pour le accueil qui se fait uniquement par message et boîtier avec code. Attention à la propreté Table extérieure évier et baignoire taché . La literie est de bonne qualité Mais le drap housse et le protège matelas sont pas adaptés à l épaisseur du matelas ils se défont pendant la nuit. Points possitif la vue et la situation Merci

Amazing location and view

Amazing place . Good size for a family of 5. Balcony secure with the view of a lifetime . perfect for evenings with a cocktail when the kids were asleep. Flat is on the 10th floor with lift. The view is exceptional! Apartment block not noisy and people friendly . Second bedroom had 3 beds and is a good size as is the parental room. Kitchen well equipped. The location is amazing. 20 seconds walk to the beach plus a shop , bakery and cafe /restaurant at the bottom of the building and a supermarket 5 minutes walk and loads of restaurants too. We hardly used the car, everything we didn't was right there. We were lucky to have got one of the free parking spots at the bottom of the building most days . The parking was very full in August as expected . One day we had to pay for parking in the street which was not too expensive (5 euros a day) until a parking spot at the bottom of the building became available . Otherwise the free parking is a 5 minutes walk . We will definitely stay here again without hesitation!!! We wanted to stay forever!

Appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Il est très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. L'accès est facile ainsi que la procédure d'arrivée. La terrasse donne sur une vue exceptionnelle sur la cote de Sant Antoni de Calonge. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cet appartement. Le gérant est gentil et toujours disponible par message si besoin.(et portable). Il parle français. Il y a un bon restaurant juste en bas de l'immeuble. Et également une boulangerie. Il y a quelques places de parking devant l'immeuble mais sinon un grand parking gratuit à 200m
