New penthouse - Cinque Terre, Tuscany, Liguria, Lerici # 4

This penthouse is just finished (10 April 2019). All is brand new.

The penthouse has a fantastic view of the sea, park and communal garden with swimming pool. The penthouse has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private terrace of approximately 60 m2, private parking and access to the communal garden with swimming pool and barbeque area. From the terrace you can see the sea, but also the mountains (Apennines).

Located in a quiet Unesco-protected natural park of Lerici with great views of the sea, the park itself and other views. See pictures. From the apartment it's 8 minutes by car to the beach, 5 minutes to the center of Lerici and 10 minutes to the first best supermarket.

The town of Lerici is very picturesque. It has a great boulevard, several restaurants, a beach with many child-friendly bays, shops, golf course, tennis club, swimming pool, etc. Besides Lerici there are many more beautiful places to be found, such as San Terenzo and Tellaro. These are, in our opinion, more beautiful than the Cinque Terre.

The location offers many exit options. The Cinque Terre is nearby and is easily accessible by boat (from Lerici), but also by train and car. Places in both Tuscany and Liguria are very easy to reach. Think of Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rappallo in Liguria and also Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio in Tuscany.

Distances to the airports: Pisa 40 minutes, Milan 2 hours, Bologna and Florence airport 1.5 hours.

In short, a very luxurious penthouse in a great area with something for everyone.

Amazing view

The place was everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Quiet and relaxing with amazing views. We made dinner and sat on the deck for hours looking at the horizon. The long tight road to the house was a bit of a nail biter but we got used to it.

Nice secluded location

Nice unit with nice patio. Weather didn’t cooperate totally for use of the patio but it would be nice for morning coffee or evening drinks. Located on hillside with beautiful view of the lake. Short drive down to town and boat pier to other locations.

Great apartment in stunning situation

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful area and apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and two children. An information folder on the area would have been helpful, with parking guidance for Lerici in particular as the restrictions are difficult to understand. Joke was very helpful with beach recommendations. Garden and terrace lovely but we thought the pool was a bit small for the number of apartments and given the space available.

We had two magical weeks with both time at the pools, on the terrace and in surrounding places. the contact with the host was great. They responded quickly and fixed everything when asked. Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses, mit leider zu vielen Mängeln und schlechter Betreuung.

Folgende Dinge haben uns an der sehr schön gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht gestört: 1. Die Handbrause im Badezimmer 2 lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen da Knauf fehlt - Nach Info zur Betreuerin gab es die Aussage, dass der Mangel in 3 Wochen (somit nach unserem Urlaub) behoben wird. 2. Die Handbrause auf der Terrasse spritzt in alle Richtungen. 3. Die Hälfte der Töpfe ist nicht induktionsgeeignet und kann zu einem Stromausfall führen. 4. Sat-TV bietet nur 3 deutschsprachige Sender. 5. Insektenschutz ist nur in einem der 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. 6. Diverse Gegenstände haben Brandflecken/Beschädigungen - Arbeitsplatte - großer Terrassentisch - kleiner Terrassentisch.. 7. Diverse Standard-Küchenutensilien fehlen: - Salatbesteck - Eierbecher - nur ein Mini Mülleimer zur Mülltrennung im Haus.. 8. Im Haus ist eine Maus, die sich täglich durch den unzureichenden, seitlich offenen Mülleimer nagt.

Wir tun alles, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere aktuellen und zukünftigen Gäste das bestmögliche Erlebnis haben. Unsere Apartments wurden mit größter Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet und sind mit sämtlichem Geschirr, Besteck, Smart-TV usw. ausgestattet. Daher ist nicht alles in Ihrer Antwort korrekt. Wenn etwas kaputt ist, reparieren oder ersetzen wir das. Unsere kleine Apartmentanlage liegt inmitten eines geschützten Naturparks. Das sorgt für die schöne Aussicht und Ruhe, die fast alle Gäste schätzen, bringt aber zwangsläufig auch Insekten mit sich. Wir haben sofort Maßnahmen bezüglich der Maus ergriffen. Glücklicherweise haben wir seitdem keine Berichte darüber erhalten.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne , ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick zur Bucht vorgefunden.Die Bilder entsprechen 100% der Realität. Jedoch sollte man lieber nicht im Dunkeln anreisen, denn das letzte Ende der Straße herauf ist sehr schmal und zu beiden Seiten mit kleinen Mauern abgegrenzt.Die Betreuung vor Ort bei Ankunft durch Misha und bei Abreise durch Joke war sehr freundlich . Auch die Komunikation über Whats App lief problemlos. Der Hafen von Lerici mit der schönen Promenade ist mit dem Auto zwar erreichbar, es gibt dort aber nur sehr wenig Parkplätze.Es empfiehlt sich, oberhalb des Ortes auf einem der größeren Parkplätze zu parken und zu Fuß durch die Gassen an den Hafen zu gehen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Ich kann mich der bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Anfahrt auf das 220 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegende Grundstück ist schon ambitioniert, aber damit muss man bei einer Berglage rechnen.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben attrezzato. Posizionato con una vista sul golfo di laspezia imprendibile, un solo punto non del tutto negativo é l'accesso alla proprietà con una strada stretta e ripida. il nostro soggiorno é stato molto agreabile posso consigliare questo appartamento senza alcun dubbio.

Wir würden wieder buchen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung besticht durch den wunderbaren Ausblick von der großzügigen Terasse. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel und es gibt eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit einem kleinen ausreichendem Pool,dessen Nutzung trotz Corona und weiterer Mieter unproblematisch und auch oft verfügbar war.Der Kontakt zu Casper im Vorfeld und die gute Betreuung durch Joke Vorort waren bestens. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in Ligurien!

Wunderbares Haus

Traumhafte, tolle, sehr gepflegte, saubere Unterkunft. Alles da, was man so braucht. Die Terrasse, der Blick wunderschön, man bräuchte gar nicht an den Strand. Joke und Casper sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder‼️
