We absolutely loved our stay at the condo it was clean and a short walk from the beach. The pictures didn’t do the condo justice it’s much prettier in person. If you have kids it’s also right next to the park which we went to twice a day with our 4yo. Our host was very sweet and accommodating when we needed her. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Great stay!

We had fun in Hilton Head and enjoyed the condo! It was nice having two bedrooms and two baths for our family of four and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a great location and we hope to make it back to Hilton Head again!

We loved our visit to Hilton Head and this condo was perfect. It was clean, updated, and accommodated our 3 kids (6, 5, and 2). Can’t wait to come back!

Great Long Weekend Stay

Great condo with all the necessities, clean and well maintained for a family stay. Booking and check-in/checkout was smooth. Kim was quick to respond and available to questions. I would recommend and stay at this condo again.

We had an amazing girls trip! The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen things for us to cook a few of the nights. It slept the four of us very comfortably. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk and even though the beach was busy, it was always easy to find a spot close by to hang out for the day. The chairs provided worked out great. There are lots of restaurants and shopping near by. We did a Walmart pickup order on our way in for groceries and it worked out perfectly.

Love this property!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have booked this property. The owner Kim is amazing and available to answer all questions. The resort itself is perfect for family’s and included so many activities.

We had a great and enjoyable stay. Property is clean and has a great location. We had only one issue with a blocked entry door lock that required technician service and was promptly addressed by a local locksmith crew

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s property. The listing is accurate and relaxing. It was a huge plus that the unit had plenty of beach gear so we didn’t have to buy new.

Our stay was very nice. Just a short walk from coconuts restaurant. There were lots to do during our stay. We had the beach, pool, and riding bikes. Looking forward to another vacation.

Great location. 2 min bike ride to beach. Pool was HUGE. It would have been nice of pool didnt close at 830p, but it was a great pool. Renting the chairs and umbrellas on beach was very nice.

Great short dtay

We loved our short time at this condo… Hurricane Debby ruined our week however our time we did get to spend there was amazing. Kim was very attentive to any questions we had. We loved the location!

The rooms were nice. Condo was cleanWe enjoyed the room. I am handicapped and can not walk long distance. The ad stated 50 steps to the beach . I'm not sure where they counted from but it's not the condo! I never got to even see the ocean. I just think people should know it's quite a distance even if you drive to the big pool. I would have done something different had I known that.

The host was great, answering my questions in advance. This first floor unit was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The main bedroom was large and had plenty of drawers and a decent closet. The extra bedroom had a twin AND a queen bed. It was great not having to go up two flights of stairs with luggage or groceries or pool toys. The owner has plenty of items to use at the beach (we used their beach chairs so we didn't have to bring our own from home). The porch was nice as well. We all agreed we would definitely stay in this tennis villa again.

Nice tennis villa in great location

Nicely decorated condo on first floor, a big plus for us. The newly renovated bathrooms were so pretty; and the living room furniture was attractive and very comfortable! (The master bedroom had two dresser drawers that stuck, so were unusable--maybe someone previously knocked them off track.) Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Kim's place was perfect for our family. It was very clean and accommodating . Kim has it decorated nicely in a beachy theme. I was so happy it was on the first floor. It made it so much easier bring everything in and out . It's located close to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time. We all agreed the week we picked was perfect(August 16-23). It was easy going out to different restaurants and not haven't to wait. Thanks Kim for sharing your place with us. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Relaxing stay

Kim was a fantastic host! She was very easy to reach and communicate with. The condo had everything we needed to relax and cook with. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the palm trees and seeing what was going on in the complex. All the amenities were just short walks away. We greatly appreciated having the beach cart, chairs, cooler and some toys for our little one. All in all we thought it was a great stay! The island was great. Our first time there and we will definitely be back. Thanks again Kim!

Beautiful beach condo 🏖

We absolutely adored this beach condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation including great quality beach chairs and sand toys. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was up to date. I loved having an ice maker - everything was perfect!
