Large new chalet, calm and bright, breathtaking view of Mt Blanc

Our chalet is non-smoking and animals are not accepted. It consists :

A basement comprising:

- A closed garage with 2 parking spaces. An awning with 2 other parking spaces.

- A heated ski room where you can put skis, boots, sleds and coats.

- A technical room where the boiler room, washing machine and dryer, a washing line, table football.

- A Home Cinema.

- 2 other rooms which are not accessible for rental.



On a ground floor comprising:

- A large living room (50m2) with a stove overlooking the beautiful Mont-Blanc range with American kitchen, pantry, living room and dining room.

- A separate toilet.

- A master bedroom with private bathroom (sink, walk-in shower, bath) and separate toilet.



On a 1st floor including:

- 2 relaxation areas with bay windows (sofas with chaise longue, armchairs) with breathtaking 180 ° views of the Aiguilles de Varens range, Mont-Blanc range and Mont Joly.

- A separate toilet.

- A bathroom (walk-in shower, sink).

- 2 bedrooms each with 2 80x200 beds with a bedside table and a lamp.

On a 2nd floor including:

- 2 bedrooms each with 2 80x200 beds, a bedside table and a lamp.

- A dormitory with 6 beds of 80x200 with reading lights.

- A separate toilet.

- A bathroom (2 sinks and independent walk-in shower).



EQUIPMENT:

ADSL box with wifi, large induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge + fridge / freezer combination, Kenwood robot, toaster, electric kettle, 2 fondue sets, 2 raclette sets, 2 pancake makers and all the necessary utensils for 18 people.

Washing machine, dryer.

2 vacuum cleaners

1 baby chair, 1 changing mat and 1 baby cot ...

Our chalet is very well insulated, with low temperature underfloor heating for high-end comfort.

Strengths: construction completed in 2013, high quality services, mix between modern and old, in full respect of local traditions. Large bay windows that offer a permanent light bath, a view that allows the eye not to stop ..... except in case of fog of course!

Merveilleuses vacances familiales

Magnifique chalet très spacieux et très agréable à vivre idéalement situé pour les amoureux de la montagne et du ski! Nous y avons passé d’excellents moments avec notre nombreuse famille: 18 personnes de 5 à 70 ans! Cuisine remarquablement bien équipée pour nourrir toute cette troupe! Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre aux diverses questions. Un immense merci à vous Madame Becret ! Famille Muller

Le chalet est absolument parfait, aucune critique à émettre.

L’expérience est évidemment particulière puis qu’arrivés le samedi 14/3, nous avons dû repartir le lundi 16/3, vu les annonces d’entrée en vigueur du confinement et la fermeture de la station. Restent à voir les modalités de remboursement...

Stor chalet med vidunderlig udsigt til Mont Blanc. Meget velforsynet med alt til stor gruppe/familie. Tæt på liften ved Le Bettex og nem adgang med gratis skibus. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Une vue dégagée sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc et un équipement très complet : le chalet est parfait !

Nous aimons beaucoup la montagne en été et nous avons adoré cette semaine passée sur les hauteurs de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains avec nos enfants et petits-enfants : le chalet de monsieur et madame Bécret a été une vraie découverte, alliant une situation idéale à une esthétique et une conception donnant la part belle aux beaux espaces et aux vues magnifiques sur le Mont-Blanc. Le temps a été au beau fixe durant toute la semaine et la terrasse, ensoleillée le matin et ombragée l'après-midi, équipée d'un très beau mobilier, a accueilli nos petits-déjeuners et nos siestes... le tout au calme et avec en permanence des vues "de carte postale". La semaine a passé trop vite : nous espérons pouvoir y retourner dès l'été prochain !

Grand week end au pays du mont Blanc.

Super séjour entre amis au chalet des merveilles ! Nous sommes tous des Vosges et c'était notre première fois dans les Alpes, mais certainement pas la dernière ! Le chalet est idéalement placé, face au mont blanc. La terrasse panoramique est bien exposée. Nous avons alterné entre ballades, séances cinéma au sous sol du chalet, fléchettes et autres .. ! Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés !

Le chalet des Merveilles porte bien son nom !

3eme séjour dans ce chalet tout confort et 4 ans après, c'est toujours le même bonheur ! En famille ou entre amis, les vacances y sont réussies. Le chalet est neuf, propre, décoré avec goût et sans chichi. Tout est à portée : ski, luge, promenades enneigées, la navette à proximité, possibilité de rentrer à ski au chalet. Et sur place le home cinema, le baby-foot, les salons vue sur le Mont Blanc et le jardin enneigé font qu'il n'y a pas besoin de bouger pour être bien. Vivement la prochaine fois !

Gepflegtes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit gigantischem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (viel Geschirr, Raquelettegeräte, Küchenmaschine...), Betten/Matratzen sind neu, zur Skibushaltestelle sind es nur ein paar Meter und bei genug Schnee kann man bis zum Haus abfahren. Für uns war es ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil und der Vermieter extrem hilfsbereit!

Un séjour extraordinaire.

Super semaine en famille au chalet des merveilles. Le chalet est très fonctionnel, vaste, bien aménagé et bien équipé avec des installations de qualité, tant l'électroménager que l'équipement sono (le home cinéma avec grand écran est génial) Les immenses baies vitrées face au Mont Blanc offrent une vue superbe. Le chalet est bien situé, au calme, bien desservi par les navettes qui permettent un accès rapide à la station.(au retour elles vous déposent devant le chalet) Retour ski aux pieds possible jusqu'au chalet. Descente rapide à Saint Gervais en voiture. Nous étions huit adultes et quatre petits enfants et nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir de notre semaine. Nous reviendrons.

Un chalet qui porte merveilleusement bien son nom !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (de 2 mois à 70 ans) dans ce chalet des merveilles ! Chacun y a trouvé son bonheur : le paysage grandiose qui s'invite dans le salon à tout moment de la journée, le duo baby-foot/home-cinéma durant les jours de mauvais temps, le salon du 1er étage quand on recherche un peu de calme,... tout y était parfait ! Super équipé pour suivre l'intendance d'un grand groupe, nos retrouvailles familiales ne pouvaient espérer mieux. Vivement y séjourner à nouveau...!

Un emplacement unique, face au Mont-blanc, des volumes étudiés pour profiter de l'environnement, pour vivre en familles nombreuses, une relation de confiance avec les propriétaires, accueillants et soucieux de notre confort, une décoration de bon goût, des équipements nombreux,... Magnifique semaine passée dans ce chalet cosis avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale au chalet des merveilles. Le chalet est très convivial, et est aussi doté d'un système sono de haute qualité. La vue sur le Mont Blanc et la terrasse plein sud sont pour nous les deux points forts de ce chalet. Je vous conseille et vous recommande le chalet.

Nous sommes descendus pour le Marathon du Mont Blanc. En plus d'une magnifique course, nous avons pu apprécier le confort du chalet que nous avons loué pour 18 personnes. Rien à redire, tout était impeccable. On pense déjà à l'année prochaine!

Une "Merveille" ce chalet.

Deuxième séjour en famille, trois générations et chacun y trouve sa place et son bonheur. Un spectacle permanent et sans cesse renouvelé sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Une journée dans les nuages a aussi son charme, luminosité filtrée, arc en ciel sur la montagne, ... un coin du feu bien agréable. Grand confort, équipement très complet, vaisselle, couverts, certains appareils électroménagers en double, raclette,... Le chalet est toujours bien entretenu et propre. Propriétaires soucieux du bien-être des locataires, d'un contact facile et accueillant. Nous espérons ..."jamais deux sans trois".

Entspannung pur - mit einmaligem Blick auf den Mont Blanc

Das Chalet hat es wirklich an nichts fehlen lassen, was es für eine relaxte Woche bedarf. wir haben alles angegroffen wie beschrieben. Ausstattung TOP! Wegen des warmen Wetters mit 18 grad nachmittags haben wir sogar den Grill genutzt (Mitte April)!. Dafür hatte das Skigebiet in Megeve bereits Saisonende. Die Fahrt zum benachbarten Skigebiet Les Contamines in ca. 8 km Entfernung (die Pisten wurden wegen des Sonnenwetters leider täglich weniger) war ok. Highlight war das Heimkino mit der persönlichen Empfehlung, interessante Filme im Reisegepäck nicht zu vergessen. I like to share our last experience in English since it is worth to exchange it with as many interests as possible. Being in contact with many people in France and Europe due to business for us it was quite surprising, that in a touristic region like Hote-Savoie with so many English native speakers people are still digging in speaking French.

Excellente location. Nous ètions une famille de 17 (Gd parents, enfants et petits enfants). Tout le monde a apprécié et nous avons eu de très bons moments. Rien ne manque, tout est parfait; on ne peut que féliciter les propriétaires. La vue sur le Mont Blanc vaut le détour. A Recommander. Excellent restaurant à St. Gervais le SERAC Bistrot, très bon rapport qualité / prix

Châlet d'exception

Un châlet tout à fait incroyable dans lequel nous avons passé des vacances d'exception! Je retiendrai l'exceptionnel état du châlet, auquel il est difficile de trouver des défauts. Une atmosphère très agréable, une vue absolument magnifique, un confort de roi, un babyfoot pour les plus excités! Le wifi et le système sonos ont aussi été très appréciés de tous! Le formidable emplacement de ce châlet permet par ailleurs aux amateurs de ski de rentrer directement si l'état de la neige le permet: arriver chez soi en voguant dans une mer de poudreuse, quel rêve... En bref, un grand merci pour ce châlet!

Fantastic!

I was lucky enough to stay at this French chalet for a week and it fulfilled my every desire of what a chalet should be. It had room for everything: for activities, for cooking, for friends, and most importantly, for ski equipment. It was very well equipped with every winter desire imaginable (baby foot, raclette, and a grand home theatre for your enjoyment). Just being in the chalet made up for being sick half the trip, the view alone was worth the travel! Would recommend, 10/10 (or in this case 5/5)! Merci!!

Lovely chalet and great skiing!

It was a wonderful chalet, very clean and very comfortable! The free shuttle to the ski hill was quick and convenient, and the heated floors for the bottom level was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and even more than I expected. Very cool crepe machines! I enjoyed every moment of the stay and would love to come back! This chalet will be remembered and the skiing was fantastic.
