Chalet très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet très agréable; cependant 2 choses : 1) les douches froides à répétition; 2) la propriétaire qui m’a mal parlé me reprochant l’état du chalet lors du Check out alors que nous avions nettoyé toute la matinée et que nous devions partir à 9:45 vu que le Check out était à 10h. La propriétaire m’a mal parlé alors que, sans dire que le ménage était parfait il avait été fait très correctement (au passage elle ne nous l’avait pas demandé et vu le prix pour les 3 jours il devrait être compris dedans), elle m’a plutôt mal parlé alors que j’ai toujours été courtois. Merci quand même et bonne année 2021 !

Nous sommes très heureux que vous avez passé un agréable séjour. Quand nous parlons de ménage nous n'avons pas tous la même notion de ménage. l'entreprise de nettoyage a passé 6 heures pour remettre en état le chalet. La vaisselle pas faite, le sol entièrement a dégraissé, et nous en passons. Les sanitaires nous n'en parlons même pas... je ne sais pas si vous l'auriez trouvé dans cette état, si vous l'auriez utilisé. Une expérience a ne pas renouvelé pour nous. Concernant l'eau il y a 2 ballons de 400 litres a raison d'une douche d'environ 25 l par personnes capacité du chalet 12 personnes faites le calcul. Nous vous souhaitons également une bonne année. La propriètaire.

Family holiday Feb 2020

The property didn't disappoint, having stayed in Samoens the previous year we were happy with the location. The space is very usable, although the configuration isn't conducive to all the chalet relaxing together on sofas in the evening by the fire but we made do with the dining chairs. Prior to check in, it wasn't made clear to us that we were required to have a relatively large cash deposit available. HomeAway need to made this part of their property details in future. communication was OK, but could have been a little faster. Overall a lovely chalet that suited our 3 families well and we had a great week!

Chalet idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Le chalet arnica est vaste, confortable et très bien équipé. Quelques exemples d'équipements appréciés: Salon télé dans la mezzanine, donc indépendant de la pièce à vivre, Cheminée avec insert et bois à volonté, Une SDB par chambre, Sèche-chaussures dans la buanderie, Second réfrigérateur dans le garage... L'isolation phonique est un peu juste, ce qui est normal dans un bâtiment dont toute la structure est en bois. Le chalet est parfaitement situé, au calme mais proche du centre du village. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs. Trois mots pour conclure: Logis hautement recommandable.
