Nice chalet. Only missing somewhere to store bikes which I’m sure I checked before booking but there wasn’t anywhere suitable other than the lounge area

Séjour au Chalet Chanterelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet, très bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Cadre agréable, remontèrent à proximité, village très sympa et très agréable. La piscine très accueillante avec de nombreuses activités. La qualité de la neige était meilleure que sur les autres stations des alentours. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui est à l’écoute.

Skiurlaub mit der Familie

Nettes Holzhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Terrasse. Kommunikation mit Caroline (Concierge) war auf Englisch problemlos möglich und unkompliziert! Zum Haus: Jedes Paar hatte ein EZ, angenehm für etwas Privatsphäre. Leider ist das Haus jedoch sehr hellhörig und es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt: unter den Betten und in den Gängen überall Staub, Kissen waren fleckig, Dunstabzug auch komplett verklebt und schmierig… für 240€ Reinigungsgebühr erwarten wir da mehr!

Das Chalet hat die ganze Gruppe begeistert, das ist perfekt, und was die Sauberkeit betrifft: Staub überall, das ist nicht möglich, es wurde gereinigt, aber es kann sein, dass die Betten unter qlq vergessen wurden, die Filter der Abzugshaube wurden gerade in die Spülmaschine gesteckt. Wir bitten Urlauber, die Beschwerden haben, uns spätestens am nächsten Tag zu benachrichtigen, und wir hätten das Reinigungsteam unverzüglich beauftragt, die Korrekturmaßnahmen unverzüglich durchzuführen. Ich entschuldige mich für diese Ungeschicklichkeit und werde mich schnellstmöglich bei meinem Team dafür einsetzen, dass so etwas nicht mehr vorkommt.

Très bon séjour passé en famille (8 adultes et 4 enfants) ...Emplacement idéal ! Chalet conforme aux photos ! Il n'y a pas de sèche linge mais si vous faites des lessives de vêtements légers ces derniers sèchent très bien en une nuit dans la salle de bain.

Un chouette chalet pour des vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au chalet la Chanterelle! Notre arrivée s'est bien passée, notre correspondante sur place a répondu à nos questions sur la station et ses environs. La boîte à l'extérieur pour y déposer les clés est une excellente idée. Nous avions choisi le chalet par rapport à la situation du village des Marmotons (qui était complet et où finalement les enfants ne sont pas allés!). Nous avons toutefois trouvé que le chalet était bien situé (arrêt de bus, proche de Linga, Pré la Joux etc...) et nous sommes souvent allés au village en bus pour y redescendre une fois en luge ou à pied. Confort des matelas: Rien à redire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les duvets (couettes).

Chalet savoyard bien typique. Rien ne manque en équipement pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. Tout confort, bonne literie,Cuisine bien équipée . Les deux salles de douches et toilettes très bien et pratiques. Sans oublier les extérieur ou rien ne manque non plus: chaises table barbecue balançoire etc... (même un grand cendrier externe bien pensé pour les fumeurs). Toutes les démarches préalables avec la propriétaire impeccable, les accueillants sur place très sympas . Bref ne hésitez pas ......

Pratique et chaleureux

Le chalet était très fonctionnel et pratique ( surtout la cuisine ) . De plus , la remise client sur les skis était très intéressante . L'accueil fut très agréable et la propriétaire disponible avant et après le séjour . Pour 12 personnes , c'est l'idéal ... pour l'hiver comme pour l'été !

Bien situé pour enfants à l'école de ski

Nous venons de séjourner une semaine au chalet Chanterelle à Chatel. Le vrai plus du chalet et sa situation à deux pas de l'école de ski des piou piou (3 à 6ans), où ils disposent d'un espace dédié (les autres skieurs ne peuvent pas y accéder). Le chalet plein pied du côté des baies vitrées permet aux enfants de jouer dans le jardin tout en gardant un oeil sur eux. Par ailleurs le chalet est plutôt bien équipé, avec de nombreux rangements. Pour les skieurs, le domaine skiable des Portes du soleil ne faillit pas à sa réputation et la situation du chalet permet d'accéder rapidement en bus aux télécabine du Linga ou de Chatel. Seul point négatif: le manque d'isolation phonique entre le rdc et l'étage. Nous y retournerons probablement.

Vacances Familiales à la neige

Vacances à 3 familes avec des enfants en bas age. Nous étions situés parfaitement dans la station, très proches du village des marmottons, proches des pistes de ski, accès possible et rapide même à pieds. Le chalet convenait parfaitement à notre nombre avec une surface de vie très confortable. Position idéal pour être au calme tout en ayant un accès rapide au centre du village et aux pistes. Des vacances parfaites !!!

Vacances très agréable dans votre chalet

L'accueil simple et rapide cela se comprend avec le nombre d'arrivants dans la station le même jour. Equipement pour cuisiner pratique. La proximité de l'arrêt de bus "gratuit" pour se rendre sur les pistes de skis ou au village super. La station jolie découverte. Bon séjour les enfants en redemandent.

location correct mais accueil glacial. nous avons ete tres etonnes de ne pas trouver de lave linge alors qu'il est propose pour un grand nombre de personnes quand nous avons dit que nous ferions le menage nous meme , cela n'a pas plu a la personne qui est venue faire l'etat des lieux en etant tres desagreable . dommage on cherchera ailleurs

Cette appréciation a été saisie le 9 juillet 2012 pour une location occupée le 7 aout 2011 En 2011, contrairement aux autres chalets que je propose, ce chalet ne disposait pas encore de Lave Linge conformément à son descriptif consultable sur mon site Internet et mon offre. Ma responsable locale a-t’elle personnellement été surprise d’une telle demande ? et comment celle-ci a t’elle été formulée ? N’étant pas personnellement sur place à cette occasion et les faits remontant à presque 1 an, je ne suis pas en mesure de porter un jugement sur cette relation. Néanmoins, je tiens à préciser que j’ai équipé ce chalet d’un Lave Linge au printemps 2012 je suis désolée pour l’impression négative de ma cliente.

Chalet bien étudié pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous nous sentions vraiment à la montagne L’accès y est pratique, le parking bien déneigé, avons apprécié le feu de cheminée virtuel belle invention !! Belle prestation et Bravo pour l’organisation

Ces locataires ont séjournés au chalet à 14 personnes je constate que tout le monde y trouvait son compte ; suffisamment de chaises et de place autour de la grande table Grâce à l'ambiance boisée et chaleureuse du chalet ainsi que de sa décoration ( vieux skis, buffet savoyard, décos de coeur , feu de cheminée en continu sur écran ) les locataires ont véritablement ressenti un dépaysement intégral et j 'en suis heureuse !!.
