Wir haben bis heute ( 4 Monate später) die 200€ Kaution nicht zurückbekommen! Allerdings die Stromrechnung auch noch nicht! Auch keine Antwort von der Haus Besitzerin! Ansonsten stimmte das preis Leistung s Verhältnis mit dem Haus .

Great central location yet private. Could walk into town. Lots of space for a group. We needed the property manager a few times and she was super!! We’d stay again.

Really nice and quiet stay

This place is really nice and quiet with a lot of equipments. All the family was happy to stay in this chalet. There’s a playing room and a lot of beds. The sauna room is amazing with its shower and chairs to remain after. We will come back.

Super séjour dans un magnifique chalet très propre, bien entretenu et grand , nous étions 13 personnes. Le chalet est proche du centre de Châtel. Balades très sympas tout autour.

Unusual circumstances!

Well what a lovely chalet. Close to the town and really handy for the bus stops to the lifts. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the corona virus causing us to have to leave early due to government lock downs. The only points I could raise on the negative is on the booking site it gives no mention of costs for the security deposit amount, the final cleaning bill for the chalet and that all the bedding and electricity that’s used is extra to the booking price that we were not aware of until a few days before we arrived as the owner was not quick at replying to my messages. Other than that and knowing what we know now I would definitely return to this chalet. It was great for all the families with plenty of space. Just a bit more detail in the booking process would help for future bookings.

Très beau chalet avec toutes les commodités. Dommage que le terrain de pétanque n'était réservé qu'au chalet gretel. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, les activités proposées à chatel sont nombreuses et abordables. Petit problème de connection wifi. nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos vacances et souhaitons réitérer l'expérience Mme KNUCHEL est très présente au téléphone pour règler les soucis s'il y a. Chalet confortable pour 9 personnes à proximité des navettes qui permettent de rejoindre le centre ville et les stations de ski Mais aussi tout proche du "village" des piou piou idéal à l'apprentissage dune première approche du ski pour les touts petits. Une propriétaire des lieux disponible et à l écoute de ses locataires.

SEMAINE FORMADIBLE !!!

Et pour que cette semaine soit formidable, l'hébergement y est pour beaucoup, après il y a eu les conditions météorologiques, également le top (Soleil 30° sur la terrasse, froid - 5 un matin, neige 10 cm au col de .........., randonnée dans la neige, bouquetins dans les hauteurs. Concernant le chalet, pas grand chose à dire. C'est le top. Ah, si toutes les locations étaient comme vos chalets. Toute la famille vous remercie pour cette semaine.
