Large 130 m2 gite equipped for 10 people with home cinema room and sauna area renovated at the end of 2014.
Tastefully furnished in a Savoyard style and an interior where wood dominates, this cottage is classified 3 stars by the Samoëns tourist office.
It is located in an individual chalet of recent construction, in peace with 2 beautiful wooden terraces and private garden.
In summer, garden furniture and barbecue.
Located one kilometer from the Samoëns and Morillon ski lifts
The gîte is made up of:

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le chalet spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé.Terrasse très agréable sans aucun vis à vis avec les propriétaires occupant la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille à Samoens

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire du chalet qui habite juste à côté. La partie destinée à la location est indépendante avec une entrée séparée. Le chalet est très bien situé pour profiter de Samoens et des environs. Les enfants ont particulièrement adoré la balançoire, le jardin et la salle cinéma! Top pour un we en famille!

Super chalet a Samoens !

Très bonne situation, chalet bien entretenu avec tout le necessaire à disposition. Le poulailler a beaucoup plus aux enfants. Le chalet est bien ensoleillé et les terrasses sont confortables.

Nous avons loué le chalet entre amies et nous avons passé un super week-end ! La salle de cinéma était un vrai plus avec le sauna. Le propriétaire s’est rendu disponible quand nous en avions besoin et est très sympathique ! Encore merci !!

Beautiful Chalet lacking supplies

This place was very comfortable with a few exceptions and the decor was nice. The owner responded promptly and even met us as the GPS didn’t direct us properly. When we were having trouble w/ the washer he came over immediately to help and resolves the issue. BUT be forewarned… no where in the location description did it say that sheets and towels were not supplied. If you wanted them you have to pay a fee which is something we have never encountered in any VRBO over the past 5 years including international travel. Then there was the lack of toilet paper ( the only half rolls were left from a previous guest). The was no hand soap for the bathrooms either!! Plus, we (3 seniors) only stayed 2 nights. we were told that we could clean the place including the floors before we left or pay 95 for a cleaning person. I reluctantly paid the 95 but I was NOT going to wash the floors!! Also there are no screens on the windows which is a thing in Europe but with all the farm animals near the chalet the place was loaded with flies. There are no fans to help circulate the air. That would have been helpful. So… if you’re planning to stay here pack your sheets and bathroom and kitchen towels or pay 12 per person. And we only got for 3 people: one bath towel, 2 hand towels (one with a hole), 2 kitchen towels and sheets for 2 double beds.

Perfekt für Skiurlaub für Familien

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub über Silvester mit 10 Freunden gebucht. Thierry hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen im Vorfeld geantwortet und ist uns für einen früheren Check In entgegengekommen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war auch nett und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist mit vielen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nahe am Skilift mit dem Auto und auch der Skibus fährt in Laufweite vom Haus, es gibt einen Raum zum Lagern der Skisachen und die warme (60 Grad) Sauna war nach dem Skifahren sehr angenehm. Wir waren leider etwas überrascht davon, dass das 4. „Schlafzimmer“ (mit den zwei Einzelbetten) kein separater Raum war, sondern in der offenen Galerie über der Küche/dem Wohnzimmer, sodass dies für eine ganze Woche für ein Paar nicht ideal ist. Es gab zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem 1,40m Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Stockbetten und zwei Einzelbetten in der Galerie oben. Fazit: für zwei Familien mit Kindern für den Skiurlaub die perfekte Hütte, für lauter erwachsene Paare wenn man auch viel außer Haus ist ok, wenn einen die Schlafsituation nicht stört.

Chalet très bien placé pour faire des visites aux alentours. Propriétaire très discret, très gentil, de bons conseils. Une bonne semaine de passée trop courte pour découvrir le coin.

Excellent séjour

Une très belle semaine en famille dans un chalet bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse pour chaque repas sans être incommodés par le soleil et la chaleur. La salle de cinéma a eu beaucoup de succès. Merci encore aux propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets, mais prompts à toujours répondre au mieux à nos demandes. A très bientôt sans aucun doute!

Très bonne surprise en arrivant sur les lieux : chalet idéalement situé, très propre, sauna et salle de cinéma géniaux, accueil convivial, hôtes disponibles et à l’écoute : un vrai paradis pour se sentir chez soi tout en étant dépaysés ! Hôtes adorables

Très beau gîte mitoyen avec le chalet des propriétaires. Grand terrain avec balançoires. Remontées mécaniques à 3’ en voiture (1km) Gîte fonctionnel et agréable, ambiance très cosy. Chouette petit sauna et belle salle de cinéma. Les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles.

Superbe séjour au chalet de l'Etelley

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le chalet de l'Etelley ! Chalet très bien équipé, nous avons très bien dormi, bonne literie + un lit bébé. La salle cinéma a énormément plu aux petits et grands. Très beau chalet bien équipé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis dans ce chalet authentique, offrant de beaux volumes et très bien équipé. Un grand plus pour le sauna et la salle de cinéma qui nous ont bien occupés pendant les après-midis pluvieuses.
