We stayed here to celebrate both of my sons' birthdays, and this home exceeded every expectation. Jorge, the house manager, welcomed us at the gate and immediately made us feel at home.The property is absolutely beautiful and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The two primary suites are spectacular, and the other two bedrooms and bathrooms were also generously sized. Our two-year-old loved having so much space to run around inside and out.We spent every evening on the patio by the outdoor fireplace, relaxing with Guatemalan rum while enjoying the cool mountain air. During the day, we opened the doors and let the breeze flow through the house. The views of the rainforest, volcanoes, and Lake Atitlán are breathtaking and right outside your door.Jorge truly made our stay effortless. He arranged tuk-tuks anytime we wanted to go into town, accompanied us shopping to help us find what we needed, and even carried our purchases back to the house. He was always available, helpful, and incredibly kind.The location is peaceful and private but just a short ride from restaurants, shopping, and the ferry. If you're looking for a beautiful home with unforgettable views and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We made memories that will last a lifetime and would absolutely return.

Awesome

We loved this house. When we got there, we were greeted by Phil, one of the owners, and by Jorge the caretaker. Both went out of their way to help us. Phil took me to town to do some grocery shopping and I felt safe leaving my family at the home. Jorge arranged a boat trip for us to do some kayaking and cliff diving. He also arranged for Maria to come and cook for us. Maria is an awesome cook. She will come and cook whatever meals that you want her to make at a very reasonable price. The house if amazing. It is a beautiful home with all the of the comforts of home and more. Definitely one of the nicest homes around. You will definitely have a relaxing time at this home. You will feel safe there and will have a lot of fun.

One of the best places I've ever stayed!

If a picture can paint a thousand words, the pictures of this place couldn't possibly paint the words you will talk about and experience in this home. The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. We took this home because another home we were supposed to live in fell through. And I'm SO glad it did! It's like living in a dream home. I have never stayed in anything quite like this and I have travelled across the globe. The Guardian made us feel safe, taken care of, tended to ALL our needs, and had a beautiful energy about him. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home. I promise.
