Amazing Condo/Great Location

Great Condo in an amazing location!!! Conveniently located near shopping (Kierland Commons, The Quarter and DC Ranch), restaurants, hiking trails and golf courses. The pool, tennis courts, community BBQ and access to a great workout facility were great. The owner is amazing, very accessible and was great to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend staying in this quiet gated condo.

Condo located in attractive / secure / modern Gray Hawk complex in close proximity to major events (Barrett- Jackson; Phoenix Open), comprehensive dining and golf. Easy access to Hwy 101. Condo is well furnished and clean. A welcome addition would be a large screen TV. Pool / hot tub / gym facility is attractive although unheated pool was a disappointment. Host, Mike O'Day, promptly responded to guest enquiries.

Great stay

Great location in the gated community of Grayhawk in North Scottsdale, this comfortable, bright, and well equipped condo with an attached garage was perfect for our month-long stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, great for walks, with a nice community pool and exercise room. Mike is a great host. He shared detailed instructions, considerately turned on A/C as we were on the way from the airport to make the place comfortable when we first arrived, and checked-in with us regularly during our stay to ensure all was going well. Great place and great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this 2nd floor condo for the month as well as all of the amenities at Cachet. The unit was clean and the kitchen nicely stocked. With the exception of the leather couch shown in the pictures... all of the other pictures accurately showcase the unit. There is a new huge and fabulous sectional that replaces the displayed couch. The sectional comfortably seats 6/ has a great attached chaise. Very inviting! The sectional really enhances the unit.The pool area was lovely with sufficient lounges for all. The fitness room was great too. The owner, Michael, was very prompt in his responses to questions and was easy to contact if needed. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Condo was lovely and clean. The accommodations were very tasteful and up to date. There was plenty of room in this 2 bedroom condo. Great location near many activities and places to dine and be entertained. We were appreciative of having a gated community and a very nice pool with facilities. One complaint was that the handyman that the owner used for a couple of minor repairs came unprepared and needed to return more than once to complete the work. He was prompt and polite but did not have a ladder that enabled him to replace a ceiling light bulb on the stairway. The garbage disposal did not work well in which he wasn't able to do anything about it. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo. The owner was very accommodating by allowing us to move in earlier than originally stated.

Great vacation home

From booking to check-out this was a good experience. Mike was a fantastic, conscience host who took care of everything we needed. This is a secure property in a pristine gated community. So nice to have an attached garage and plenty of space to spread out. Lots of shopping nearby with the golf club just down the street and two upscale shopping/restaurant areas close by. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Wonderful property & outstanding host

Mike did an awesome job of communicating with us throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We were his first renters and he did a wonderful job getting everything organized and ready for our stay. We also booked last minute and he accommodated everything we needed. The property is wonderful with every amenity it truly felt like a home away. The pool & gym at the facility is very nice as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
