Updated condo with great features and pull out sofa bed to sleep 4. Great location in Scottsdale close to Keirland Commons and right off Scottsdale road where you want to be for shopping and restaurants. Condo features balcony off the bedroom and living room. Clubhouse with two pools and BBQ's. Great exercise room, movie room and computers for use in the clubhouse. Condo is updated and very modern with everything you need. Washer, Dryer, great kitchen with newer appliances. TV with cable, internet in unit! Ground floor unit close to pools and BBQ's. Full size washer & dryer in unit. fully remodeled in March 2015 with all new glasses, pots and pans, furniture ,linens etc.
