Amazing location. So close to tons of stores. I was there for surgery at Phoenix Mayo Clinic and it was a short 15 minute drive. Nichole was very responsive and the condo was well stocked. We couldn’t ask for anything better. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!!!!!

The host was quick to respond to my questions and promptly responded gracefully. The condo was immaculate and provided all necessities for a comfortable stay . Conveniently located with many grocery stores and retail establishments along with different dining options very close to said condo. Patio , pool and grounds very well - kept. This one bedroom condo was just right. It was quiet, very clean, had covered parking. The location was great in that we could walk to Starbucks, to ice cream, and many others. Nichole was very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely go again.

Cute condo in excellent location. Plenty of shops and eateries, close to freeways for access everywhere. Host was excellent. Addressed our request with same day service. Could not have been happier! Will rebook if return to Phoenix.

Cozy Condo!

We stayed at the Cozy Condo for a week while visiting family. The condo is very clean and I am a stickler for cleanliness! The kitchen is well stocked. The complex is surprisingly shady for Phoenix, with many trees. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. We will be back!

This was a return visit to the condo for me and it was just as fantastic as before. The general location is so convenient to just about everywhere in the Phoenix metro area. The unit is a very easy walk from the designated parking and the complex is very nice and quiet.The condo itself is perfect. It is super clean, quiet, and well appointed. Nicole goes out of her way to make sure anything you might need is there and available. She is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with.I expect to be back here many times as I return to visit family in the area. I highly recommend her place.

Excellent condo

The condo is recently renovated and looks just like the photos. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Nichole is very responsive and has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The condo is in a quiet community with easy access to local attractions and highways.

Fantastic Stay

Our month-long stay at the condo was great. The unit was well stocked with everything, including kitchen items, paper products, laundry detergent, and bedding. It was obvious that the condo had been updated and was tastefully decorated. Any questions we had were addressed almost immediately by the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly it recommend it for two people.
