Newly renovated apartment of 86m2 and 8m2 terrace with views facing south. Very bright, all rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom open to the outside.
Free WIFI and private parking area.
Located in the residential area of Pinaret in Port de Pollença, on the first floor of the HIBISCUS building with only 6 homes. At 300mts from the beach and 1km. from the center of the center of Port de Pollença.
Large living room that opens to the terrace with large sliding doors, where we find the sofa, two coffee tables, decoration and local and satellite TV, hot and cold air unit. Equipped kitchen, fridge, induction cooking zone, oven, washing machine. Bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet and bidet space.
