Beautiful View and Conveniently located.

Great place for big groups and friendly host. Pros: Walking distance to downtown, restaurants shops. (side gate that will be opened by security). Private security 2 pools with amazing views Sleeps big groups. Great communication with host and property manager. Cons: A lot of stairs Moldy smell in one of the rooms. Overall great stay and place. Rating would have been 5 stars, if moldy smell was avoided.

Glad you also liked the convenience of private security, which is included in March and late December, but available other times for a fee. Sorry about the smell, which we took care of by simply cleaning a drain pipe. We encourage guests to contact us immediately if there is a problem, as our property manager and crew will arrive in minutes.

Christmas holiday with family

Beautiful property. Great location and views. Group family vacation over Christmas break was all we could have imagined. Couple things to consider - would be nice to have access to Pedregal side gate after hours and transportation to/from Cabo quite spendy. All in all a great property and wonderful vacation.

Perfect stay in Cabo!

Our group of 12 adults had an amazing stay here. Beautiful villa with plenty of space and amenities in such a great location. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions or concerns, and we were able to get really good recommendations for grocery delivery and personal chef. The area is also very safe and quiet but still really close to town. If we ever return to Cabo, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Views & Pools!

Casa Amistad was in an amazing location, had amazing views and provided a fun space to relax, have fun in the multiple pools, and enjoy meals in the chefs kitchens. Denise and Bianca went the extra mile and provided us contact information for round trip airport transport, groceries pre-stocked in the fridges and even an in home chef. I will certainly be returning to Casa Amistad !

The house is perfect for large groups, including families, as it is close to everything and with three levels, three kitchens, and two pools, everyone has their own space and there are lots of places to gather. Please come again soon!
