Au calme

L’appartement est en adéquation avec le descriptif. Il est très fonctionnel avec plein de petites choses qui facilitent la vie. Alexis est très accueillant et avec Google traduction on peut communiquer avec lui si on a des questions, il répond sur Whasapps. Terrasse agréable et des restos à 10kms maximin très bons. Il a un 2e appartement à louer à coté donc une grande famille peut louer les 2 apprts qui sont sur le même palier.

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mehr! Sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist in einem ländlichen Wohngebiet, viel ruhiger als in den Touristengebieten, liegt dennoch zentral und man erreicht alles schnell mit dem Auto. Kurze Entfernung zum Flughafen, aber gänzlich ohne Fluglärm. Jederzeit wieder! Danke Alexis!

Nive host, great place

We were very happy with the accomodation. The host was welcoming and helpful, the terrace is great, the amenities were great (washing machine, dryer, great kitchen tools). The warm water was sometimes tricky (shower difficult to get to good temp) but other than that perfect.

Calme et confort

Nous cherchions pour notre séjour à Tenerife, un appartement confortable, bien équipé, à l'écart des grands centres touristiques sans être trop isolé. Avec le logement que propose Alexis, nous avons trouvé une proposition répondant à notre attente et même au-dela. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerions sans hésiter..

Our vacation despite Corona

We have booked the accommodation of Alexis for 11 days. Alexis is an incredibly nice and courteous person. He takes care of all of his guests' concerns and is always on hand. The property is 10 minutes from the airport and is in an absolutely perfect location. You can't hear the planes. But you are immediately on the highway from there. In a few minutes you can reach the dream beaches or the party mile of Playa de las Américas. However, you have absolute peace in the accommodation. The apartment is super clean and has a very nice large balcony with grill. Everything is taken care of. Unfortunately, after 4 days of vacation, a curfew was imposed on the island. That was due to the worldwide corona crisis. Alexis took care of us very lovingly and even provided us with food! I have never met such a good landlord. Despite the Corona crisis we had a very good time and would have loved to stay longer.

Perfect!!

The property is beautiful, so clean and modern. It is very well equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Alexis the owner of the property was very welcoming and even though we didn't see him much throughout our stay, we knew that if we had any problems he was there to help. We enjoyed our holiday very much and would love to go back. I don't have anything negative to say, it was excellent!!

Sehr tolle gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Alexis ist ein netter symphatischer Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Angefangen von der Küche mit guter Ausstattung (Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank, Besteck, usw) über die beiden Schlafzimmer bis zum schön eingerichteten Bad mit Regendusche) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und können diese auch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Alles was man braucht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Las Zocas. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Auch im Vorfeld hatte ich öfter Kontakt mit ihm, da aufgrund der Germania-Pleite unsere Reisedaten geändert werden mussten. Alles unkompliziert. Das Appartment an sich ist gut für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern geeignet. Mit vier Erwachsenen vielleicht etwas klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend. Zu zweit auf jeden Fall groß genug. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr neu. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Mirkowelle, Wasserkocher und vieles mehr). Und auch Gewürze, Seife, Waschmittel. Besonders schön ist der große Balkon auf dem man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist exakt so, wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder in der Anzeige. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sofort um alles. Die Wohnung ist neu, bzw. neu renoviert, super sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. In der Küche sind sogar verschiedene Kaffeesorten, Teesorten, Olivenöl, Essig, Gewürze, etc. vorrätig. Es gibt lediglich keine Geschirr-Spülmaschine, aber damit kann man für ein paar Tage durchaus leben, denke ich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem natürlich gewachsenen Wohngebiet, abseits vom Massentourismus, aber auch nicht komplett in der Pampa. Alles was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt findet man in einem Umkreis von etwa 5 Kilometern (inkl. Lidl-Supermarkt). Ein Auto ist daher allerdings Pflicht. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 10 km entfernt (Los Abrigos). Ich habe mich dort auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Alexis!
