Luxury Villa Playa Tejita, 2 Pools, terrace, seafront, at the beach, TV, Wifi

The house is an excellent location right on the beach and Tejita not least for its exclusive equipment with a landscaped garden and two pools in the complex to the vacation homes of the highest class. To the long and sandy beach you need to walk a few meters and can all sports, the Atlantic offers, there exert active: surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving and much more.
Also, the pool area, a children's pool (depth: 0.30 m) and an adult pool (depth 1,40 m) provides, is located just a few meters from the entrance.
You can leave the evenings with a glass of fine wine on the terrace while enjoying the sounds of the sea. There are no interfering discos or night traffic, as the house protected and very calm on the sea.
You can wake up every day and while you lie in bed, you can enjoy the sea view from the window!

Downstairs there is a cozy living room with flat-screen TVs. It is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room, making the paths in the separate dining room are short. There is also a small bathroom. From the living room to the terrace, which offers stunning sea views and a beautiful view of the Montaña Roja (Red Mountain).
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Two bedrooms have a sea view, so that you can enjoy the views from the bed to the sea - pure luxury!
The third bedroom has a private balcony that offers a breathtaking view over the rooftops and above all a view of the mountains and the Teide - Spain's highest mountain.
You can mild and warm temperatures of 20 - 30 degrees and enjoy can see on the Teide, as there is snow in the winter months.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bath on the upper floor.
In a clear day you can see the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. There is a washing machine that can use our complimentary.
The current price is valid for 4 adults, for each additional person over 12 years there are 10 EUR per day added.

Wonderful stay in November

The location of this apartment was excellent, with only a few stairs down to the beach and access to the pool. Restaurants and shops in walking distance, however, the car we rented (at Autoreisen) was very useful - we went almost daily to Los Christianos, a charming town with shops, market, restaurants and beaches, 15 minutes drive away. The apartment was in clean and good shape, with all you needed, including balcony with Atlantic view! Wifi with good capacity.

Great spot right on the beach with views across the bay to Montana Roja from the front balcony and El Teide behind from the roof terrace. Room to spread out and lovely pool in the complex, including baby pool. Plenty of sunbeds although the pool is not open until mid morning anyway. Quiet residential block with mostly locals. If you don't want to be stuck in the typical tourist complex, this is a great alternative. Easy for the airport without being noisy, good restaurants nearby and a kids playground. A little off the beaten track away from Los Cris but all the better for it in our opinion. Recommend the private parking as on street gets very busy.

Das sehr geräumige und gepflegte Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer samt Direktzugang, innerhalb einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit großem, tollen Swimmingpool hat uns viel Freude beschert! Einzig die Küchengerätschaften, siehe Ofen, alter Toaster, Wasserkocher, das Fehlen einer Geschirrspülmaschine wären zu überdenken; einige Armaturen in den Bädern müssten wieder festverankert werden, ein neuer Wäscheständer ist ratsam. Im Urlaub - mit vielen helfenden Händen - war der Abwasch kein Problem und ging mit Abtropfvorrichtung im Hängeschrank schnell von der Hand. Erfreulich waren zudem die tadellose Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer?! samt Agentur verlief 1A, umgehend, zielgerichtet und sehr freundlich. Buchungen in Zukunft jederzeit wieder - in dieser Anlage, für dieses Apartment. Mit besten Empfehlungen unsererseits.

Sehr praktisch für Familien. Geräumige, funktionale und etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Super Lage, ein paar Meter zum Pool, ein paar Meter zum Sandstrand (meist grosse Wellen), ein paar Meter zur Beachbar. Kleines Einkaufszentrum mit gutem Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants, Cafes, Eisdiele etc in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.Etwas befremdlich, dass man bei Spätankunft einen Aufpreis zahlen muss, obwohl man mit Schlüsselbox eingecheckt wird

Perfecta estancia en Tenerife

Estuvimos 9 noches en el alojamiento de Sven y fue una auténtica maravilla. Ubicación inmejorable, amplio, limpio, con todo lo necesario y fácil aparcamiento en la zona. La playa a dos minutos caminando, playa de perros a 10 minutos, Chiringuito Pirata a un minuto... ha sido perfecto!!! Sin duda, volveremos a este maravillo alojamiento :) Gracias por todo!

tolle Wohnung & Lage

Die geräumige Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sauberen und gepflegten Wohnanlage direkt am Meer. Der Poolbereich ist zudem noch windgeschützt. Allerdings war uns das Wasser zu kalt. Uns, 2 Erwachsene & 1 Kind hat die Wohnung gut gefallen. :)

Eindeutige Empfehlung

Wer den Süden Teneriffas liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Vom Balkon aus sieht man direkt aufs Meer, bei geöffneten Fenstern hört man das Meeresrauschen, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es mucksmäuschenstill. Wenige Meter zum Pool und zum Strand. Der Pool war angenehm ruhig, es gab immer genügend Platz und freie Liegen, oft waren wir ganz allein dort. Am Strand gibt es eine Bar mit Paella und kühlen Getränken. Rettungsschwimmer bewachen den Strand. Liegen und Schirme können günstig gemietet werden, uns hat allerdings ein Tuch auf dem Sand gereicht, die Strandbenutzung war gratis. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt sowie internationale Gastronomie (mexikanisch, asiatisch, französisch, russisch, spanisch,…). Ein Kinderspiel sowie ein Basketballplatz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar (aber so weit weg, dass man in der Ferienwohnung nichts davon hört). Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Mikrowelle, Haartrockner, eine Waschmaschine, eine große Kühl-Gefrierkombi, einen Toaster und jede Menge Küchenutensilien. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ich war das 7. Mal auf Teneriffa, das erste Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich immer diese Wohnung haben wollen!!!! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten genügend Platz.

Stunning location, spacious apartment

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Sven the owner is so easy to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly before we travelled. The apartment is very big and has pretty much everything you could need. The views are stunning from the bedrooms and living room and the sound of the ocean on your doorstep is amazing. The niggles that need to be mentioned are the property manager not contacting us to let us know a workman had been given a key and would be metering the apartment, finding him there was quite scary, however having told Sven the owner about this he has assured us he will deal with this and not allow it to happen again. There was no fan in the apartment when we arrived but the property manager got us a small one when asked, the property could do with a fan in every room really as it does get warm. Finally, the doors in the master bedroom need the locks fixing as the door to the en-suite bathroom doesn’t lock or even stay closed, this could be easily fixed. Despite the niggles we had an amazing stay and I would absolutely love to return, the area and size of the apartment are just perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks Sven

Fewo mit herrlichem Meerblick

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, abseits vom Massentourismus und trotzdem zentral und gut angebunden. Fluglärm ist trotz Nachbarschaft zum Flughafen weder draußen noch drin zu hören. Direkter Zugang zu langem schönen Sandstrand und Bademöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben vollständig und funktional, jedoch ist die Einrichtung bisher ohne Renovierung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einige Punkte würden mit wenig Aufwand die Funktionalität verbessern: 1. Die bereits schwarzgewordene Abschlussleiste hinter der Spüle austauschen und neu verfugen, 2. die wackligen Füße der Betten in zwei von 3 Schlafzimmern ordentlich befestigen (falls sich mehr als zwei Personen einmieten) und 3. die Schlösser der Innentüren reparieren, damit diese ohne zu klappern geschlossen werden können. Wir (2 Personen) haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund des vorherrschenden Windes (zeitweise Sturm), der aufgrund der Jahreszeit abends doch sehr frisch war, haben wir den Balkon nicht nutzen können. Dies wurde aber komplett ausgeglichen, da der Esstisch in einer großen Nische des Wohnzimmers angeordnet ist, die wie eine Loggia mit einem großen fußbodentiefen Fenster windgeschützt den gleichen herrlichen Meerblick ermöglicht. Der Empfangsservice war pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Er bietet an, dass zusätzlich ein Safe in der FeWo genutzt werden kann, der jedoch pro Woche extra kostet, leider passt nicht einmal ein I-Pad rein. Die zusätzlich mögliche Parkplatzmiete ist dagegen eindeutig zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Buchung haben sehr gut geklappt. Sven hat schnell, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert alle Fragen von uns beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, eine Weiterempfehlung geben wir aber nur an Leute, die mit sehr einfachem Standard zufrieden sind. Liebe Grüße

Amazing duplex and location!

Everything was perfect! Our second time when booking the same duplex and we really enjoyed everything! The gorgeous views to the ocean and to the mountains seen beautiful from the balcony, from the terrace and from all bedrooms! Peacefull area and very near to the airport and to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Amazing bar at the beach, Chiringuito Pirata (2 min away)and the beautiful La Tejita beach is 2 minutes walk! Great supermarket nearby 3 minutes walk!We will deffinetely come again very soon! Thank you very much!

3 Wundervolle Monate in der Wohnung von Swen verbracht.

Die Wohnung von Swen Mueller liegt am Schoensten Platz an der Playa la Tejita vom Schlafzimmer Blick aufs Meer, Morgens Sonne auf der Terrasse zum Meer am Nachmittag Sonne bis zum Untergang auf der Zweiten Terrasse mit Blick zum Flughafen.

The accom needs upgrading. Curtains are ripped. Linen is old, scratchy & uncomfortable. Sliding doors are filthy. Bath has a leak and there are no locks on the sliding doors. Parking is tricky. Apart from that we had a good time. I just think it needs some TLC

Was uns gefallen hat war die traumhafte Lage direkt am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,war aber relativ sauber. Ein neuer Föhn und ein neuer Staubsauger wären eine gute Investition. Durch die gute Einteilung der Wohnung, die beiden Balkone und das schöne Pool der Anlage,die allgemein sehr sauber ist haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

We were happy to stay at this quiet location. Close to the airport but we didn't hear any noise from the planes. Also the shops and restaurants are at a few minutes walking. Breakfast in the sun on the balcon with seaview was every day a pleasant start for us. Thewifi was also good. Thanks to the owner en I hope to come back to this apartment.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Zimmer waren so, wie es die Bilder versprachen. Wir hatten mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kind auf jedem Fall ausreichend Platz. Und dann die traumhafte Lage : direkt am Strand, Urlaubsfeeling von Anfang an. Die zwei Balkone wurden je nach Bedarf oft genutzt, oben Sonne und die Aussicht auf den Teide und den Flughafen. Und auf dem unteren Balkon Nachmittags schattig und mit Blick auf den Strand. Der Pool ist gepflegt und lädt zum schwimmen ein und wurde von uns ab und zu genutzt. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe sowie einige Restaurants gibt es auch. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen will. Für Ausflüge haben wir uns einen Mietwagen geliehen. Da auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Müller und unserer Betreuung vor Ort gut war sind wir uns sicher : Wir kommen wieder :-) Beate, Norbert Melanie und Paul

A very good apartment!

Me and my family stayed in El Medano for almost 2 weeks and we really enjoyed it. The apartment has anything a family could need, a lot of space, big kitchen etc. Perfect for people who like to feel like they are actually living on the island.The pool was also nice, with only one downside: there were no umbrellas for protection of the sun. The apartment we lived in has a beautiful view over the ocean. The beach and the beach bar are very near, under 2 minutes walking(again sadly without umbrellas). The only real downside was: it was very, very windy. One some days it was impossible to sit on the balcony, so that should be considered when booking this apartment. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the place!

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, bietet jede Menge Platz, hat WLAN und Fernseher. Vom Balkon hat man einen super Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus kann man jeden Tag wieder auf´s neue genießen.Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Flughafen hat uns allen überhaubt nicht gestört. Unbedingt für 20 Euro einen Parkplatz mit anmieten. Es gibt ganz nah einen super Einkaufscenter mit guten Restaurants. 50 Meter entfernt, abwärts zum Strand, ist die Piratenbar. Da kann man auch günstig Essen und Trinken, mit super Meerblick. Und das Meer ist auch gerademal 100m weg. Was will mal mehr. Herr Lüke hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Der Arme musste leider lange auf uns warten, weil wir 1 Stunde für das Leihauto anstanden, und uns erst dann gemeldet hatten. Also, gleich nach Ankunft mit dem Flugzeug melden. Mit Autoreisen SL hatten wir ein bisschen Probleme. Beim ersten Leihwagen hatte ich den Schaltknüppel in der Hand und die Lichter waren defekt. Beim Ersatzwagen hatte man bei Regen nichts gesehen, weil auf den Scheibenwischern nur noch Fetzen von Gummi waren. Die Reifen waren Formel 1 tauglich (Slicks). Dafür aber sehr günstig. Fazit für die Wohnung auf alle Fälle. Super Wohnung. Immer wieder...

gelungener Urlaub

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben möchte fernab aller Massentouristen ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet fast alles was man benötigt. Einzig eine Geschürrspülmaschiene wäre wünschenswert. Die Nähe zum Flughafen stellt auch kein Problem dar, da der Wind den Lärm ins Inselinnere trägt. Die Betreuung Vorort war auch sehr gut, bei Fragen und Problemen kann man sich jeder Zeit an ihn wenden. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und rundum gelungener Urlaub.
