We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmen, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice. It's much larger and more spacious. It would be ideal for a family stay. The pool is off-site, a 5 minute walk but couldn't be faulted; very clean with no chemical smell.

Nice and large apartment

Our family spent allmost a month in this Chayofa apartment. Apartment has all what you need for easy vacation. Good kitchen, large living room exc and a very good restaurant nearby…only what you need is a car.

Very spacious, clean & quiet.

Very spacious house all on one floor. Has everything you would need. Quiet residential location with car parking close by. Four bars/restaurants a five minute walk away as is the gated pool which is a very clean area. Also a small shop five minute walk. The owner Carmen was always available via WhatsApp to attend your needs. Perfect!

Lovely spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay at Carmens apartment, she was a lovely host. The apartment was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, which is always a bonus! The outside space wasn’t quite as big as we were expecting but was fine for just the two of us, it was nice to sit and have breakfast in the sun in the morning, Good location with it being a few minutes drive from Siam Mall, which has a great supermarket and a good selection of shops. Car is definitely required.

Chayofa, Tenerife

Lovely location, not very touristy and not far feom the South Airport. A car would be necessary if staying here, alternatively, public transport system is good for nearby locations up to 15 -20 kms. The apartment was superb, views of the mountains and sea from the huge terrace. Nearest supermarkets etc were 2 kms away. We had 10 days of between 22 and 25 degrees of sunny weather. Many beaches nearby to choose from and also a.place for hiking and trekking. One can avoid the touristy places altogether and discover the authentic Tenerife which has a rich history of it's own. El Teide is a must when visiting. So much to see beyind the coastline.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Lage und Ausblick sind sehr schön, nur der morgendliche Verkehrslärm von der direkt hinter dem Haus verlaufenden Straße empfanden wir als störend. Gefallen hat uns der nicht weit entfernt gelegene Gemeinschaftspool.Unsere Gastgeberin Carmen war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, immer erreichbar und stets bemüht kleine und größere Probleme schnell zu lösen.Allerdings ist die Wohnung etwas in Jahre gekommen und soll wohl auch bis zum Ende des Jahres renoviert werden. Auch Teile der technischen Ausstattung, Türen und Küchenmöbel müssten instand gesetzt werden. Jahreszeitlich bedingt wird es abends und nachts recht frisch in der Wohnung, so dass wir mit einem Heizlüfter für etwas Wärme gesorgt haben.Auf jeden Fall sollte man einen Mietwagen einplanen, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung recht beschränkt sind. Auf der Straße vor dem Haus haben wir stets eine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden.

Schön war's!

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war schön. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock des Hauses ist geräumig und großzügig. Das Anwesen liegt in einem Wohngebiet von Chayofa und bietet aufgrund der Hanglage einen weiten Blick bis zum Meer. Oberhalb und unterhalb des Grundstücks führt je eine Straße entlang. Während die untere Sackstraße ruhig ist, herrscht auf der oberen stetiger Verkehr. Außerdem ist die ebenfalls unterhalb gelegene TF 28 deutlich zu hören. Prompte WhatsApp-Komunikation mit der Vermieterin.

tolle Unterkunft für eine Familie

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Den Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse bei einem entspannten Frühstück genießen, das kann man in dieser Unterkunft. Carmen, die Vermieterin, sorgte für einen freundlichen Empfang. Die Wohnung ist ruesig und es fehlte uns an nicht‘s. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Very good and spacious villa, the owner is very kind, welcoming and helpful. Located in a quiet area. The only thing is that you can only get to the ocean by car or taxi, but the journey is a maximum of 10 minutes.

Die Unterkunft war für eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern perfekt ausgestattet. Es war genügend Platz für alle da, ob spielen, chillen oder lesen... Die dreckigen Sachen konnten gewaschen werden. Es gab auch einen Trockner, wenn es mal schnell gehen sollte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Das Parken am Straßenrand ging problemlos. ... alles supi :)

Preis / Leistung ok

Das Objekt ist nett gelegen mit schönem Ausblick aus dem großen Wohnbereich. Die Terrasse ist klein, reicht aber zum Frühstücken. Parken muss vor Ort individuell gelöst werden, war aber immer möglich. Da man über Nacht nie etwas im Auto lassen sollte, mussten wir unsere Golfbags immer die Treppen ca. 15-20 Stufen hoch und runtertragen. Der Raum mit der Bar war zu dunkel, das Licht funktionierte nicht richtig und die Schiebetür klemmte sehr. Einige Küchenutensilien fehlten, speziell wenn man wie wir vier Wochen bleibt. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und hat mit einigen Dingen ausgeholfen. Insgesamt aber ein noch akzeptables Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man wie wir (zwei Ehepaare) vier Wochen zum Golfen und Wandern kommt.

Gran alojamiento para unas vacaciones en familia.

Todo muy bien. Hemos pasado unos días muy bien. La casa es muy grande y todo bien cuidado, éramos 6 adultos y sobraba espacio. La propietaria nos atendió muy bien y un 10 por todo lo que hay en la casa. Agradecemos que nos concediera todo lo que le pedimos. Esperamos volver.
