Great apartment for a family of 3, great location by the pool, safe complex and complex really well maintained communication with kaye was excellent was offered mid week clean half way through our 10 days our flight on arrival was early and we where able to access the apartment which was great and our return flight was late but we where able to check out late too which was ideal located near restaurants and shops would recommend

Great location. Not too noisy. Very clean apartment. Pool had plenty of sun beds and didn’t get too busy. WiFi! A simple thing - loads of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Water, milk and juice in the fridge on arrival. Easy comms with owner. Very impressed, we have booked again. Thank you.

Holiday Apartment

The property is situated with in a small complex with a bar and food available, and a private swimming pool and a sun deck area. Very easy excess to the property, comfortable, with all utensils etc available. A most enjoyable holiday and would stay again. Plenty of restaurants close by, bars, and supermarkets. 15 mins walk to seafront and main centre, plenty of taxis close by if you do not want to walk in either direction.

Clean & Quiet Complex

A spacious apartment, ideal for a family with older children or for friends, as there are two bedrooms on two separate levels - one has an en-suite and the main bedroom has the bathroom neighbouring directly. Excellent WiFi. The pool bar is run by Pete who is very hospitable. Location is great but a little distance from the main restaurants and centre.

Excellent description of property, communication with Kay was instant would definitely recommend. Situated up a small hill, im 59 and it was an easy walk, the apartment had everything you need very clean and located next to the pool, there is a pool bar and restaurant, snacks and evening meals. Sunbeds were plenty and strictly no reserving pool was lovely. Very quite and night nothing that would disturb your sleep. Lots or bars restaurants and supermarkets within a few minute walk superb location and definitely recommend Thank you for a stress free time in Los Cristianos

Host responded to questions promptly and a key sent to us by post. Faulty hairdryer replacement prompt. Stairs to basement bedroom difficult for arthritic knees. Cleanliness of the basement bedroom was below what was expected. Noise around the pool was an issue but that would change depending on other residents. Bar was also noisy music from 10am to 10pm and singing, but again that’s probably changeable.

Little Gem in Los Cristianos

From start to finish, communication with Kay was amazing. The apartment is lovely, clean has all the things you need for self catering. The welcome water, milk etc was a lovely touch. There is a supermarket within a monies walk, the pool area was refurbished the day we arrived so so was fresh and clean and the little on site bar was great. Lots of local restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and bus stop so could get around the rest of the coast. Loved it.and already looking at dates same time next year.

Excellent complex, good pool, friendly bar

Communication with the owners was excellent. Arrival and departure process was clear and easy to follow. The apartment had all the facilities required for our family. The pool area was great. The Diamond Pool Bar was run by friendly staff, food was good, especially the Sunday Dinner and prices were fair. Only issue was on arrival, beds were not made up. Contacted the owner and the issue was rectified immediately. All in all really enjoyed our stay.

The property overall is in a fantasticLocation easy to walk to restaurants, supermarket etc, what I did not like is myself and my daughter were in the pool do notKnow the guys name all he said in Spanish was presindente no ball games he was very rude and obnoxious, we found the cleanliness not very good, everyone else was pleasant

December 2008 Holiday

Had an excellent holiday, the apartment very comfortable it is spacious, clean and has been recently refurbished. The 32inch LCD tv with British Channels including Sky Sports are great, there are two new bathrooms and double glazing throughout. Jill who looks after the apartment for Kay and Martin is really friendly and lives on the complex two apartments away. There is a small friendly poolbar on the complex and there are lots of Bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. All in all a great holiday with super Winter Sun weather.
