Wonderful stay

Amazing home, it has everything you need. Phillip was fabulous. Great pool. The home is massive, and excellent for a large family. Silencio is a beautiful place.

Bonjour Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Maison très conviviale sur les espaces extérieurs, cuisine salle salon top. Au niveau des chambres une est accessible en rentrant par une autre chambre pas très pratique... La literie est à revoir sur la grande chambre (le sommier a été plus que bricolé).

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep uitstekend. Het huis heeft alles wat het nodig heeft, voldoende bestek/potten en pannen voor 2 gezinnen, de buitenleefruimte is fantastisch. Wasmachine aanwezig, voldoende handdoeken ook. Misschien 1 kleine bemerking: het bed in de kleinste slaapkamer staat wankel en kan wel vervanging gebruiken. Ligging is zeer goed, op wandelafstand van bars, restaurants, kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Kortom, niet twijfelen en boeken! Wij komen alvast terug!

Super séjour à 11 en famille. Situation et emplacement ideaux dans une petite ville hyper sympa. Procédures d arrivée et de départ impeccables en autonomie mais avec un propriétaire hyper dispo toujours prêt à répondre à toute demande. Ne pas hésiter et merci encore!

Great holiday

Great rental in a residential area, good for visiting south of the island. After a couple of initial hiccups that were remedied quickly by the owner, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The pool was small but adequate for 4 children to enjoy and the house was big enough for two families. The area is perfect for a quiet holiday with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family holiday

This villa is perfect for a family with small children. Its well equipped and accessible. The location is quiet but close to the town, supermarkets, cafes/bars and buses. If you want to stay local you don't need a car.

This is quality for the amount we paid ... Very nice villa ... Plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. Restaurants are plenty and the food is lovely no matter which one you choose. Back to the villa ... The pool was nice and clean same with the bedding, kitchen and bathrooms. There was everything you will need from a washing machine to a BBQ. Host was very nice ... He checked in with a text message half way through our stay to make sure everything was ok. All in all it was a nice break away and will be back in the future.
