The bright, friendly kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and has a separate terrace that invites you to a cozy breakfast and romantic dinner with a spectacular view.
In the spacious, comfortably furnished living and dining room you can end the evenings with satellite TV (German / English) or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony.

The little gem offers peace and relaxation. It is your very personal paradise for a relaxed and informal holiday in a stylish atmosphere. Your vacation home captivates with its own subtropical garden. The charming bungalow is individually designed and offers a lot of private space and comfort. We have a great time in the apartment

Lowly haus and terrace , it is not for person bad going people, And you need a car, we stayed for 10 week, the restaurant mason la finca is very god. , and tasca bar with music great. We cooking self meat ,and the kitchen are well equipped

Very peaceful

Lovely little residential area above the madness of Los Cristianos. Very little noise which was wonderful. Lovely outdoor space. Apartment really spacious would do a family of four very comfortably. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I think it could do with an extra few pillows and an instruction guide would be very helpful, ie what goes in the yellow bin bag ect, where the pool is and some recomendations for walks or hikes, other than that the place was lovely I would definately take the family back.

Very clean. All essentials provided. A few very small things would have made the stay exceptional such as some information on using the installed equipment, location of rubbish bins, location of pool etc but Alexander was available to talk through some of these. Would have liked more pillows but managed with those provided. Good that some coals were provided for the bbq and dishwasher tablets, washing m/c tablets etc. Would certainly be keen to visit again as god property in a very quiet area with pub/ restaurants very close by. Would however definitely recommend hiring a car.

Perfect verblijf

Het was een super verblijf. Ruim appartement waar alles aanwezig was. Bedden lagen prima en het uitzicht was mooi. Bij het zwembad altijd lekker rustig en genoeg plek om te zonnen op een bedje. Contact met de eigenaar was ook top! In de straat altijd een parkeerplek en alles is goed bereikbaar vanaf het appartement. Zeker een aanrader.

Logement spacieux et propre à quelques minutes de Los Cristianos

Maison de plein pied très spacieuse et propre dotée de plusieurs terrasses (avec vis-à-vis) Elle n’est pas équipée de climatisation mais dispose de ventilateurs au plafond dans les 2 chambres. La petite ville de Chayofa est principalement résidentielle, très propre, mais très peu de commerces. Nous remercions chaleureusement Robert pour sa grande flexibilité sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Es sind genügend Parkplätze in der anliegenden Straße vorhanden. 3 Fußwege führen zu dem Anwesen, davon sind 2 mit steilem Anstieg, der dritte liegt auf gleicher Höhe mit dem Grundstück. Die obere Ferienwohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, mit windgeschützter Terrasse, einem Grill und Markise. Die anderen 2 Balkone hatten einen schönen Blick. Die Betten wahren sehr bequem, hier haben wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Wohnung wurde vom Eigentümer mit liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß, warm und sehr schön. Schattenplätze sind vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden, mit frischen Brötchen. Vielen Dank an Alex, den Eigentümer, für die telefonische Hilfe und Unterstützung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannung pur

Komfortable, großzügige Wohnung mit Weitblick auf das Meer und einen Vulkan. 3 gut möblierte Balkone / Terrassen auf denen man Grillen, Essen und Chillen kann. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches großes Wohn / Esszimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Das moderne Bad ist einfach perfekt, auch durch die große begehbare Regendusche. In ca. 3 Min. erreicht man den sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspool mit ruhiger, angenehmer Atmoshäre. 3 nette Restaurants/Bars sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke für 3 schöne Wochen im Dezember in "Casa Ariella". Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gerd und Ulrike

Delightful place- perfectly situated

A wonderful well stocked and perfectly situated upper floor villa in a charming holiday village. Lovely views and a great space for up to 4 adults. A little tricky to find - but you can work out a what3words location before you go and navigate there. Only minor point is that there is only enough hot water for 3 quick showers as solar heated (and the weather wasn’t that great when we were there). Overall amazing and would definitely return.

Perfekt für Reise mit Freunden

Großzügige FW mit 3 Terrassen, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, sehr schöner Pool, zwar nicht direkt am Haus, aber nur 2 Min entfernt, der von mehren FW gemeinsam genutzt wird, aber sehr chillig. Kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, Parken ist meist nur etwas entfernt von FW in der Straße möglich

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber gut erreichbar in dem kleinen Ort Chayofa. Von dort aus lässt sich Teneriffa sehr gut erkunden, wovon wir ausgiebig Gebrauch machten. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und war für uns drei (Zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenie) perfekt, was die Größe angeht. Auch toll ist der Zugang zum Pool, der in knapp zwei Minuten zu erreichen ist.

A fifteen min drive to the beach

Beautiful apartment. Great view. Great showers. Close to the beach but far enough to stay away from all crowds. Restaurant La Finca is perfect atmosphere and only a short walk.

Ferienwohnug mit Charme

Wir haben uns viele Wohnungen angeschaut und als wir diese sahen, haben wir sie sofort gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Einrichtung gefällt mir sehr. Die Wohnung wurde sehr gut Sauber angetroffen. Die Terrassen bieten einen tollen Ausblick und so konnten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohlfühlen. Alles war wie beschrieben vorzufinden , in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Der Check In bzw. Out ist sehr bequem da die Schlüssel in einem Safe vorzufinden sind und man keine Terminabsprachen zur Übergabe benötigt.

Ideale Unterkunft um die tolle Insel zu erkunden

Tolle große Ferienwohnung, wunderbare drei Balkone mit einem schönen Ausblick. Ein herrlicher subtropischer, exotischer Garten. Hervorragende Lage, absolut ruhig, außerhalb der großen Ferienzentren, trotzdem zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, die Autobahn und die Straße zum Teide-Nationalpark erreichbar. Persönliche und gemütliche Einrichtung, hervorragende Betten, guter Internet- und Fernsehempfang runden das Ganze ab.
