1st floor apartment with beautiful views overlooking the 17th green of the Jack Nicholas championship golf course suitable for family holidays.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Lounge has TV (with English channels) CD, ipod docking station and free WiFi.
Air conditioning in lounge, high quality leather sofa and chair with oak dinning table & 4 chairs. Central heating throughout making it suitable for all year round living. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher & microwave oven.
The bed in the master bedroom is a king size bed.
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
The bathroom with shower over full size bath, sink, toilet & bidet.
The balcony provides outside dinning & relaxing seating area.
A two minute walk to a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, also available is the outdoor gym, tennis courts, small football pitch and childrens play area.
A short walk to the on site supermarket, golf shop, garden restaurant, Italian restaurant in Hacienda court yard (summer months) Bar & El Palomar cocktail bar ( summer months)
Hacienda Riquelme golf resort is located 5 minute drive from the local village of Sucina where you will find local bars and restaurants.
The towns of San Javier, San Pedro, Los Alcazares, La Pagan offer a selection of sea food restaurants, lovely beaches with clear blue water.
Murcia airport is 30 minutes drive from the resort.
Alicante airport 55 mins drive.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Property available from 4pm and to be vacated by 12md.
