This newly decorated ground floor apartment has been fully modernised with upgrades to the bathroom & terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms with the main bedroom now having an ensuite bathroom. There is an upgraded kitchen & large dining/living area. The terrace has been converted into a conservatory with a glass curtain install. The bathroom has been upgraded to contain a large walk in shower. The garden is a paved patio area ideal for sunbathing on the large rotating sun lounger which can accommodate 4 people. The pool is located 20m from the patio so ideal for families. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the supermarket & recently opened 5 * La Torre Golf Resort Hotel. The town centre with bars & restaurants are also only a 5 min walk away.

The apartment is located on Calle Salmonete with a golf course view.

Lovely break in the sun

Fed up of uk weather we decided to get some sun. The apartment was great in a perfect location with pool right outside and shops etc a short walk away. Accommodation was comfortable with everything you would need. Enjoyed our stay.

We were delighted to stay in this two bedroom well appointed condo. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The pool area was right there and was fantastic. Host was helpful and friendly. Easy access to restaurants and a store. We would definitely recommend this place to other groups and families who are fortunate enough to stay here.

Great holiday

We are just back from a fantastic holiday. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location of the apartment was just right for us a couple of steps and your are in the pool or a few minutes stroll to the town centre. The kids enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the buzz of the markets onsite.

This was our second stay at this apartment. We cannot fault the space, quality and location of it. Kevin and his manager Chrissy are good communicators and are really helpful and quick to respond if you encounter a problem. We will return and recommend to others.

We had most amazing 2 weeks here. Everything you need is there in the apartment and dont think there are anything more we would want. Everything was clean, well equipped Close to shop/bars/, restaurants. Pool straight out the front. We will definitely be back again

Stayed at apartment from 21st Dec till 21st Feb great resort clean and quiet very handy for pool , bars restaurants and Spar shop , Apartment good size with everything there for good stay could do with smart TV the one there to old ,not a problem if short break but 8 weeks over Xmas Need car if you go off resort for nice bars and restaurants around area luck with weather brilliant over the time .

Kevin's apartment is lovely, it has everything you need and the location is superb

There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with the check-in process, luckily we were arriving in the middle of the day and it was soon sorted out by Kevin. The apartment itself is lovely and very spacious would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends

Great family week away. We had other family staying in neighbouring apartments or the hotel on site. Apartment was a decent size for a family of 4 and we had another 6 people round most evenings and it was still comfortable.apartment was surface level clean with basic facilities and furnishings. Could do with a deep clean. Site was great. Good golf, nice restaurants, well kept. Close to quiet beaches and restaurants and mini golf. Would recommend and would return. Thanks for a nice week!

We had such a great stay that we booked to return before we left. This is a home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and well equipped. It’s not flash or perfect it’s just really well thought out and furnished. The sunroom and positioning of this apartment are its highlights though, it has sun most of the day and you are only a couple of steps from the pool. We were here 5 days and didn’t leave except to buy food. Really chilled out. Kevin is a great communicator and the whole process was made easy. A great host!

La comunicación con el propietario y la predisposición para solucionar cualquier imprevisto ha sido excepcional. Maravillosa la casa (incluso tiene mejoras que aún no aparecen en las fotos), los ventiladores en la terraza han sido estupendos! Hay de todo en la cocina y te sientes muy cómoda en la casa! La piscina justo delante.Un par de cosas que se podrían mejorar es la limpieza ya que, aunque estaba limpio, en la cocina y el baño habían elementos que tuvimos que repasar, pero en general una experiencia genial y nos encantaría repetir
