There are 2 bedrooms, 2 brand new bathrooms with the main bedroom now having an ensuite bathroom. There is an upgraded kitchen & large dining/living area. The terrace has been enclosed with a glass curtain install. The bathroom has been upgraded to contain a large walk in shower. The garden is a paved patio area ideal for sunbathing on the large rotating sun lounger which can accommodate 4 people. The pool is located 20m from the patio so ideal for families. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the supermarket & recently opened 5 * La Torre Golf Resort Hotel. The town centre with bars & restaurants are also only a 5 min walk away. The apartment has new AC in the lounge & both bedrooms.

The apartment is located on Calle Salmonete with a golf course view.
