Beautiful 8th Floor Gulf View Condo. Steps to the beach! Short/long term stay.
April 2025 Update. Due to Hurricane Ian, The community tennis courts are currently being restored and updated. The pools are open! The exterior of the condo building number 5 is currently being painted.
Rental is available for short/long term, 3 day minimum. Please note, this unit is also available to rent out of season as well.
The newly renovated turnkey studio is your home away from home located at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club on the 8th floor in building #4.
Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is truly the perfect spot to get away from it all! The kitchen with dining area is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Along with all necessary dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. (excluding washer and dryer in unit; however there is a community laundry facility located on the ground floor of building 3 and 5, (1 building over).
The light and bright living room features comfortable furnishings, including a pull out sofa, a 43" flat screen TV that includes plenty of cable channels with optional use of free Netflix and Wi-Fi included.
The bedroom has a plush king size Tempur-Pedic bed dressed with crisp white linens, off the bedroom area is the completely renovated bathroom with a walk-in-shower. The walk-in-closet has plenty of storage space.
You will enjoy beautiful Southwest views of Bonita Beach and the Naples Skyline from your screen-in lanai. The recently renovated and beautifully appointed studio is located steps away from the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach, including the "Barefoot Beach". Nearby, Bonita Jet Ski & Para-Sail which offers all types of rentals such as jet-ski's, kayaks, and paddle-boards for beach and water enthusiasts in this prime Bonita Beach / Little Hickory Island location. Restaurants and tourist shops to visit nearby.
The Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is situated on 15 beautifully landscaped acres directly across from beautiful, Bonita Beach.
Local gym, Crunch Fitness located 4 miles east of our condo.
Unit is beach ready! Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs, Goggles, Boogie Boards, Noodles, Cooler, Ice Packs.
