Nice home away from home

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach and grocery store. Home was in great condition and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day- nice that it was screened in. Highly recommend.

Nice house, laid back neighborhood and close to the beach

This was our first visit to the Gulf of Mexico side of Florida and we loved it. The house is about a mile from Bonita beach and the even quieter Barefoot beach which makes it easy to get there. Sanibel beaches are an hour's drive away but worth it for collecting shells and to experience the Ding Darling preserve. We also had a nice time down in Naples visiting the Botanical Gardens. House is well furnished and we enjoyed our stay. Three bedrooms and 2 baths with direct access to one bath from the pool was very convenient. The pool is very nice though there was a technical issue with the pump that meant we were unable to use it to its full potential. The realtor was very professional, accessible and worked with us on the pump issue diligently.
