The house is located in the town of Teulada just a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of the coast of southern Sardinia. An ideal location to visit the entire area between crystal clear sea, sand dunes and breathtaking cliffs immersed in the scent of the Mediterranean scrub. The coves of the coast are ideal for those who love still wild nature in search of heavenly corners where they can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. For the less lonely, the area also offers beautiful and well-equipped beaches such as Portu-Tramatzu, Tuerredda and Portopino dunes. Also in the area you can snorkel, spearfishing, boat or dinghy trips, horse riding. Its location is ideal for visiting the entire area ranging from the dunes of Portopino to the dunes of Chia in just 30 minutes by car, a popular holiday destination for those who love wild nature and unspoiled sea.

La casa è posta al secondo piano senza ascensore, in una piazzetta tranquilla. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, stoviglie, biancheria bagno letto e cucina, microonde, forno, frigo grande, balcone azia condizionata solo in salone ma basta x rinfrescare tutta la casa, lavatrice, box doccia con porta. Insomma, una casa funzionale. Il lunedì nella piazzetta antistante c' è un bel mercato di prodotti ortofrutticoli e prodotti sardi tipici. Teulada inoltre ha un mercato civico con pescheria, macelleria e vari. Michela, la proprietaria, ci ha consigliato dove mangiare, dove fare spesa il resto lo abbiamo voluto scoprire da soli. Teulada è un punto strategico x visitare sia la zona di Chia, sia il tratto di mare verso S.Antioco. Abbiamo cambiato spiaggia ogni giorno😃. Esperienza ottima!

Vacanza fantastica a Teulada

La dimora di Fabiana e Pietro è un GIOIELLINO. C’è tutto quello che è necessario per stare a tuo agio e comodità. Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle del Sulcis. La casa è prossima al centro cittadino vicino a bar, pub, pizzerie e mini market. Un ringraziamento a Fabiana e a sua mamma per la disponibilità ed accoglienza facendoci sentire persone di famiglia. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento confortevole, ottimo per 4 persone. Dotato di tutti i servizi più utili (per me..), come lavatrice e condizionatore. Super provvisto di stoviglie e di biancheria da letto e da bagno. Proprietari molto carini e disponibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. L'appartamentino è veramente delizioso, spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort, attrezzato di tutto quel che serve. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla vicino al centro del paese e non molto lontano dal mare (5 min. in auto), posizione ideale per visitare le innumerevoli spiagge e l'entroterra.

Spaziosa, dotata e comfortevole

Proprietari gentili, disponibili e discreti. Apprezzato il benvenuto con bibite nel frigorifero e la frutta fresca di campagna che veniva lasciata davanti alla porta di ingresso. L'appartamento, consegnato pulitissimo, si trova al secondo e ultimo piano, è mansardato, luminoso, molto grande e spazioso e gode di tutti i confort: nell'affitto sono comprese le pulizie e la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Lavatrice presente nella piccola lavanderia. La cucina è fornitissima, peccato per la presenza di un piccolissimo barbecue e l'assenza della lavastoviglie, ma in vacanza non si usano quasi mai se il paese gode di ottimi ristoranti a prezzi davvero onestissimi. Posizione tranquillissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, si affaccia su una piazza dove il lunedi' mattina si tiene il mercato e durante il periodo estivo si svolgono le piu' svariate feste e sagre di paese. Posizione strategica vicino alle piu' belle spiagge della zona. Consigliatissimo.
