The upstairs features an open concept floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony all interconnected (with ocean views!) – Perfect for large groups, or multiple families. Well appointed house close to the beach

Excellent Santa Cruz triathlon week-end in this spacious and very confortable house located close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant deck on same floor as living area with some ocean view.

Wonderful Experience

This house is not only beautiful but fully functional. The kitchen was fully equipped down to nice stemware and kitchen tools (even a grater)! Towels were set out on bed in organized bundles. It was a 5-star experience for sure. Everything was clean and organized.

Wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful time and this place was perfect. The large table was perfect for meals and family game time. Everything worked great!! It’s a bit of a walk for beach access but we made it work.
