Consisting of three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, living room kitchen and a patio outside.
Recently renovated villa located in the upper part of the Gulf of S'Archittu in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a garden equipped with umbrella, deck chairs, table, chairs and a barbecue and outdoor shower for common use. The apartment is bright with all the comforts.
The nearest beach is 350 meters away.
Furthermore, numerous magnificent beaches can be reached by car.
At 200 meters there is a food shop equipped with all the basic necessities.
The villages of Cuglieri and Riola are 12 kilometers away and have all the services.

A truly special place

Paola's place is a truly perfect place to relax and explore Sardinia. The view is incredible and so peaceful from both the front--the sea--and the back--the mountains. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very tastefully decorated. The outside spaces are gorgeous with Paola's beautiful garden. We ate all our meals out on the veranda. S'archittu is a small beach town but has everything you need for a coffee in the morning overlooking the sea and dinner at several places. It was easy to access nearby beaches and historic places. Paola is a wondeful host and we felt very welcome! We would certainly go back anytime.

Ruhige - gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in S‘Archittu sehr genossen. Einziger - kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Gastgeberin rauchte und wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlief, dies riechen konnte. Der Rest war wirklich top. Auch dass es Insektengitter an allen Fenstern hatte.

Außergewöhnliches Feriendomizil in schöner Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ,in der man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aufhalten kann.mithochwertiger ,neuer Küche.Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten zu Fuss in 10-15 Min. zu erreichen. Praktische Klappstrandstühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strandgang sind vorhanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Paola ist eine sympathische,sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Verständigung in Englisch mit ein wenig italienisch unsererseits lief hervorragend.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon/ der Terrasse kann man es auch zur heißen Mittagszeit gut aushalten. Bis zum Spätnachmittag ist dort Schatten und meistens weht ein leichtes Lüftchen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt! Das Meer ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und das Wasser ist ganz klar. Es gibt mehrere kleine Buchten in der Nähe. An einer können Kajaks oder SUPs ausgeliehen werden. Damit können die umliegenden Höhlen erkundet werden. Wer keine Höhenangst hat, kann vom Wahrzeichen des Ortes mit einem Kopfsprung ins erfrischende Nass abtauchen. Vor allem Jugendliche nutzen diese Gelegenheit. Im Ort gibt es einige nette Restaurants direkt am Strand. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren jedes Mal spektakulär. Uns hat das Essen in der Bar Centrale besonders gut geschmeckt. Außerdem bietet sich S‘Archittu für zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Umgebung an. Zu empfehlen ist in jedem Fall ein Besuch in Alghero mit seiner schönen Altstadt. Schon die Fahrt dorthin entlang der Westküste lohnt sich. Unsere Gastgeberin Paola war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei ihr für ihre Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung mit Meerblick

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, hell und oberhalb des Ortes luftig gelegen was insbesondere an heißen Tagen ein Vorteil ist. Mit dem Auto sind die schönsten Strände der Region zwischen Bosa und Oristano bequem zu erreichen.

schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen, großzügig ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet am Rande des Orts. Zum Strand im Ort kann man zu Fuß gehen, aber es gibt noch viele schöne Strände die mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden können.

Hermoso chalet en S'Archittu. La casa tiene todas las comodidades posibles y esta muy bien distribuida. Una decoración y servicios de primera calidad. El pueblo es tranquilo con una hermosa vista del arco. Las playas de la zona son muy bonitas aunque se precisa el coche para llegar.
