The room was so cute. The tub a bonus! Just had to do a makeshift plug 😅. The house was so cute and in the perfect spot! The security could use an update. The price was more than fair.

Dirty
There was black mold in the shower. The bath tub in the picture looked beautiful. When we got there buttons are broken mold in the jets and all around the bathroom. This was my first time using this site and it was all lies.

Stay experience
When we first arrived. The room was wet and the bedding was wet. We asked for fresh towels for the first time which they provided. However, the second time they stated that it will be a $83charge. There was no trash can in the facility to place anything.

Hard to enter
I was sent the wrong door entry code. It took 30 min to get a hold of someone to get the correct code. Otherwise all ok. Very busy school zone.
We’re bouncing around different VRBO’s while in the area for work. This was in a good neighborhood, I felt safe.
The house overall was very nice. Our room was on the bottom floor and perfectly dark during the day for two people working nights. It did seem like there maybe had been previous water/moisture damage as the door was warped/cracked and the floors would get sticky with humidity during the day, eventhough it wasn’t hot outside. The jet tub in the room didn’t have a plug to keep it from draining and that was my main reason for booking this room…we had to rig up a way to make it work, which was cumbersome.
Overall, I’d stay here again—I’d just choose one of the different rooms.

Our stay was overall perfectly fine.
Maybe it was my lack of research, but check-in was a tad cumbersome. Our email confirmation instructed us to download the app to check in and unlock the front door. We did so but couldn't get the door unlocked. By chance someone was close by so we asked if they had a phone number of someone who could help. She gave us a different number than the one in the email and from there we finally got the front door open and the key to our room. Glad another guest was there and we did this in the daytime before the festivities began. The room was fine aside from a 10x6 sized hole cut in the wall behind the bed. We investigated and found it to be as normal as a hole cut in the wall, hidden by furniture can be. All's well that ends well. There are two street car stops that you can see from the front porch for easy access to everything in the city. If you're prepared for a private room, hostel-type setup, then it's perfectly fine.
