Red Roof White Villa is a beach front property that was divided into two symmetric halves. Half of it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one large and gorgeous living room and a roofed-over terrace. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, flowers and palm trees, tennis court, swimming pool and a wide terrace with a spectacular view of the sea. Upon request the other half of the house can also be rented concurrently to accommodate bigger groups. Please inquire for your dates for availability. The villa is at a short walking distance from the village's picturesque harbour which offers various bars and pizzerias as well as motor dinghies' rentals. The location of the villa gives you the opportunity to easily access the best sea-side locations in the west coast of Sardinia. In fact, stunning beaches such as Tueredda, Chia, Cala Malfatano etc. are also within a short driving distance from the villa. Thus, there will be no shortage of choice if you decide to leave the villa and explore what Sardinia has to offer. The gorgeous town of Pula (which is only 5 minutes drive from the villa) offers a variety of shops and amenities as well as bars, pubs, live music and entertainment. It is a particularly popular location for locals during summer.

Great time with family

The villa was a great size to share with all of our family. The outdoor space was especially lovely. It was nice to be able to stroll to the local restaurant and bar which was only a 5 minute walk away. Alessandro was always responsive when we had a question or concern.

Ferientraum in Landvilla am Meer

Wunderbare Villa mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem der besten Pools die wir je hatten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ein Auto wird für täglichen Erledigungen benötigt. Der Hausstrand ist für die kurze Abkühlung ok, aber recht steinig. Aber sonst eines der schönsten Häuser in denen wir je waren. Alessandro ist ein liebenswerter und sehr umsichtiger Gastgeber.
