About this property

Large house ideal for families and groups of friends in the historic center

house located in the center of the city, in a wide main avenue of Cusco, a few steps from the Koricancha Temple, Qosqo Center of native art (theater of typical dances of the area), 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas (plaza Main of Cusco). with access to banks, exchange houses and different souvenirs, the journey from the airport to the house is 10 minutes by taxi.
We have spacious rooms, each with private bathroom, hot water, flat screen TV with cable signal, closet, wifi throughout the house, equipped kitchen, large dining room, star room, covered terrace for smokers.

    It is a great place to stay if you travel with 4 people. Historic center is really close and there are restaurants nearby.

    Great stay for large group

    Rosa’s house is a great place for a large group. We were 8 people and had lots of space. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cusco.

    "A spacious house, perfect for a group of 10. It was clean, well-stocked with dishes, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, close to the historic center of Cusco, making it easy to explore the city. The homeowner was responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great stay!"

    Overall the place was great. We had a few small issues such as internet connectivity and it was very cold inside. We also saw the occasional ant but that can be expected in an open air house.

    Nice spacious home near Wanchaq Station and Plaza Mayor

    Our group stayed here for two nights. The location was easily walkable from Wanchaq Station and then out to visit Plaza Mayor. The house is very comfortable and fit 4 adults and 4 kids easily. Mornings spent drinking coffee on the back patio were especially lovely. Rosa sent very thorough check-in directions and was very quick to respond.

    Nice place

    This place is close to everything and has lots of room. We had a large family and this house was perfect with 4 bedrooms. I didn’t speak Spanish but Rosa was still able to communicate via Google translate. Would recommend this place again.

    VRBO in Cusco

    Great stay. Convenient location. Clean with plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Only issue was the old plumbing. Host Rosa [#1], was very hospitable and timely in her responses to our questions and requests. Her onsite excursion manager [Rosa #2] coordinated all our excursions, taxis and tour guides. She speaks good English. You’ll need the translation app to communicate with the host. We would stay here again. Our family of 6 —3 Couples, thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

    This place was clean and had lots of space. However, there were some major problems. The gas heating and cooking they had vented into the living space, which could be a carbon monoxide hazard if they were not working properly. This lodging did not have a carbon monoxide detector, so we just did not used the heating and cooking. The keys to gate and house did not work well and our group had to take 5-10 minutes to figure out how to work them. Some of the keys to the room were present, but we could not get them out of the locking mechanisms, so it defeated the purpose of being able to lock your rooms. Lastly, the advertisement said that it had laundry on site, but there was NO laundry. Our group needed to be able to do laundry on a 5 day stay and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place over others. I do not think I would stay here again for the reasons stated above.

    Lovely, large space in center of Cusco.

    We had a great stay in this large home within walking distance to many of Cuscos attractions. Host was lovely, very communicative and responsive.
