About this property

Unique House in Historical Center

We are right in the middle of the historic center but in a quiet street. Our house is perfect to rest and enjoy the city of Cuzco. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen and a fireplace where you will feel at home. Our place is good for a couple, or families with children. You will enjoy the garden and the terrace!

The total propriety does include a beautiful garden shared with 3 other separated houses. it is a great place to sit and watch the flowers and if you are lucky, see the hummingbirds that come daily to eat their nectar. The green garden is a small paradise in an otherwise packed city center

    Lots of room, perfect location.

    Entrance is from the walkway next to the historic Santo Domingo church- easy to find. 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms. Same day laundry service, “Gato” grocery store 2 blocks away. Quick walk to the main Plaza and lots of restaurants and shops. This place was perfect for our 5 days in Cusco.

    Cusco Comfort

    Leading up to our stay in Cusco, the owner, Dirk, was extremely responsive and accommodating. The property itself could not have been better. The location is in the heart of the old city, but in a beautiful courtyard setting which was tranquil and quite (especially helpful at night). The beds were extremely comfortable and the water pressure was perfect. Hot water was in ample supply. Wood was provided nightly for us to make a fire in the fireplace, which was much appreciated. In total, we could not have asked for more and were extremely pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!

    This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. The Wifi was unavailable for a day, but it was the company's fault. There was Coca and Muna tea available which helps with the altitude. Drinking water was provided and much appreciated as drinking the tap water is not advised. The terrace on the top level was wonderful!

    Amazing!

    This house is absolutely lovely and has a great location. This is the kind of place that makes you contemplate buying a home in Peru. The host was wonderful. The house was gorgeous. The location was perfect in the historic district. All said - I can’t recommend the house or the host enough.

    Wonderful cozy house in great location

    Our group of 5 family members stayed at this house for 4 nights. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, great communication with property and in a very good location. Quiet and safe area. They even had a nice fire going for us in the fireplace when we arrived. I'd definitely recommend this house.

    Authentically beautiful, quiet, great sleep!

    This is a very special house in a great location to the main sites of Cusco yet so wonderfully quiet in its garden enclave that it made us feel like we weren’t in a big city at all until we ventured out onto the upper outdoor patio to see the moonlight stream down over the twinkling lights of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Communication with staff and owners were great, as was cleanliness of the house. This home retreat is nothing less than an exceptional experience.
