It has three comfortable bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. Two of them have two single beds and the third one has a single bed. It has a full bathroom with shower and an independent kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. It has a spacious living room, designed for rest and relaxation, with a comfortable sofa and a 50’ Smart TV. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.

Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses, tram and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. It is perfect for a dream holiday without giving up the city centre.
