Typical Sicilian house with swimming pool in the Sicilian countryside, opposite the Donnafugata Resort golf course.
The house is composed of:
Large living room with conversation area (2 sofas, fireplace, TV, bookcase) dining area (2 tables) and open kitchen. The kitchen area is comfortable and equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, dishes and accessories.
3 double bedrooms and three large bathrooms with shower.
The house is equipped with hot / cold convectors and a fireplace. Comfortable both in autumn / winter and in spring / summer.
The private swimming pool (4x12m. Depth 120cm) and open from May to October. The pool water is salty.
