Maximum capacity 4 adults. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, living-dining room with direct access to an outdoor dining area and the communal pool. First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 en suite complete bathroom + balcony overlooking the community pool, 1 twin bedroom + an en suite shower room. Second floor: terrace-solarium with sea views. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Las Casitas de la Playa textile urbanization, located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with communal pool + children's pool (open in sumer) and garden areas. Chiringuitos, bars and restaurants in the surroundings, a minimarket (only in summer) about 600 meters, and a large supermarket (all year) less than 2 km.

IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet / reservation). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

Langzeiturlaub Dezember bis Ende Januar

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub mit wunderschönen Strand und Buchten in der Umgebung Sehenswertes in allen Richtungen und auch die Nähe der Autobahn ist prima und gut ausgeschildert Im Haus fehlte es an einigen Dingen wie Wäschekorb mit Klammern und ein Staubsauger wäre gut gewesen
