Priviledged, quiet Villa 'Delfini 10 adults + children

Villa Delfini is situated in a quiet area at 800 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa is surrounded by a large, rustic garden with typical Mediterranean plants.
Our villa is composed by 2 twins units which can be rented together or separately,
The smallest (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is suitable to a 6 people group, the biggest (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) to a 9 people group.
Here we describe the whole villa:
-two living rooms/kitchens with two double sofa beds, air conditioning satellite TV ;
- 2 kitchens equipped with microwave oven, refrigeretors and freezers;
-five double bedroom with air conditioning ( in the corridor) and wardrobe;
-three bathrooms with shower
-two washing machines
-covered independent terraces
-1 outdoor kitchen (smallest unit)
there is a large common rustic garden with barbecue, chairs, tables.
The proximity to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks on footh or by bike.

- transfer service from and to the airport on demand.


Our villa is close to the entntrance to Calamancia Free climbing site, and to calancina rock sea.

10° anniversario di nozze a villa delfini

siamo stati una settimana a villa delfini con tutta la compagnia che era con noi in viaggio di nozze e siamo stati divinamente...al nostro arrivo la signora Mariarosa ci ha accolti con cesto di benvenuto e marmellate di sua produzione ...gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta.la casa bella come da foto del sito,pulita e attrezzata in un contesto piacevole e tranquillo...la distanza dal paese dove per alcuni può sembrare un problema per noi è stata la cosa più apprezzata ....passeggiate tutti i giorni e tranquillità più assoluta alla sera dove ci siamo sbizzarriti con grigliate e chiacchierate fino a notte tarda ....è stata una settimana stupenda grazie ad una ottima compagnia,una bella casa e un paese con un mare stupendo....ero gia stato a san vito ma eravamo in paese e ammetto che la posizione di villa delfini permette di apprezzare meglio le serate in compagnia grazie e speriamo di tornare presto.

Strongly recommended for family vacations

We stayed for two weeks at the begining of October and we were greatly surprised in positive manner by weather, villa and everithing in San Vito at that period. the Villa is very good, location is also excelent: very quite and not so far from the beach. Villa is composed of two blocks with separate entrance. Villa is new, modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa, and would like to say many thanks to Maria Rosa.:-)

Bellissima vacanza!

Ho soggiornato a Villa Delfini con la mia famiglia ed alcuni amici l'ultima settimana di Agosto. La Villa é molto confortevole e ben arredata ed in buona posizione. La proprietaria é molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

DALLA BRIANZA COL FURGONE .....

casa bella, clima piacevole, terrazza sfruttatissima per gustosi pranzetti e splendidi riposini pomeridiani.... Consigliamo vivamente di portare le biciclette(la distanza dal mare nn e' notevole ma farla a piedi 4 volte al giorno potrebbe diventare pesante) Vicino a casa c'e' una passeggiata da sogno che porta a Cala Mancina (scogliera bellissima). Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili Ricordatevi che i cellulari non prendono, si puo sfruttare comunque la connessione wi-fi della casa. Da ritornare............

Vera casa vacanze ITALIANA

Se cercate il gusto in una casa vacanza in Sicilia con tutti i confort che quotidianamente vi circondano, dovete semplicemente preovare a trascorrere 2 settimane in Villa Delfini.Per motivi di forza maggiore abbiamo trascorso solo 7 gg, ma sono stati sufficienti per ritrovare il giusto equilibrio e ritmo che la vita normalmente frenetica ci altera.Un luogo fuori dai rumori urbani, fà risuonare solo le onde del mare, il vento e i campanelli del bestiame al pascolo.Un'altra epoca un'altro mondo, un bel modo di staccare la spina.L'ordine e la pulizia sono il miglior biglietto da visita che vi aspetta, la padrona di casa Maria Rosa, saprà sicuramente mettervi a Vs. agio e vi decanterà ogni segreto per aver il massimo dalla vacanza. A voi spetta solo memorizzare e mettere in pratica i giusti e sapienti consigli, per le varie esigenze. Piccoli trucchi da sapere ... in casa prende solo TIM, vodafone prende solo vicino al cancello in direzione mare altrimenti occorre spostarsi poco prima del cimitero che dista a 200 mt.Se avete dei bimbi Maria Rosa saprà come farli sentire a proprio agio in meno di un minuto e vi spiegherà come fare per sentirvi tranquilli anche lasciandoli da soli.Se riuscite andate al mare a piedi è un' ottima ginnastica che consiglio a tutti anche se avete dei bambini con passeggino, vedrete che pane e panelle saranno ancor più gradite nei pasti.

Stiamo tornando!!!!

Le case in affitto, purtroppo, sono sempre una sorpresa e, generalmente, una brutta sorpresa. Villa Delfini invece è stata non una sorpresa ma un'esperienza meravigliosa. A parte la pulizia (ottima, come a casa propria), a parte l'efficacia delle foto che descrivono in maniera assolutamente realistica le caratteristiche della casa; a parte il gusto con cui è stata ristrutturata ed arredata (finalmente una casa in affitto in cui non ci si senta in colonia ma dove è piacevole vivere), ciò che davvero ci ha conquistati è stata la disponibilità, la semplice familiarità e la gentilezza costante dei proprietari. Per i bambini è perfetto, c'è molto spazio ed è adatto a loro. San Vito poi è un posto bellissimo, la gente è cortese e sempre disdponibile, è pieno di ristorantini di ottimo livello e sopratutto il mare è meraviglioso e perfetto per i bambini. quasi ovunque, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. E' stata un'esperienza veramente positiva ed infatti abbiamo prenotato la stessa casa anche quest'anno!

Tolle Ferienwohnung - super Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern in San vito lo capo in der Wohnung von Maria Rosa. Schon der Empfang war klasse, wir kamen nachts um 01:30 Uhr an und wurden von der Vermieterin freundlich empfangen, im Kühlschrank kalte Getränke und leckere sizilianische Spezialitäten! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Gewürze, Oel, Essig, Spülmittel etc. waren vorhanden.Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig, man hört nur das Meer rauschen (-:. Ins Zentrum oder zum breiten Sandstrand kann man locker zu Fuß gehen. (10-15 Minuten) Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und hatten optimale Bedingungen: tagsüber ca. 24-26 C° und Sonne , nachts nicht unter 22C°, das Meer einfach nur herrlich, viel Platz am Strand und alle Restaurants und Geschäfte hatten noch geöffnet. Wir bekamen sogar noch einen Tag vom Couscous-Fest mit, was immer Ende September stattfindet, das allein ist schon die Reise wert. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! We stayed with our 3 children in San Vito lo Capo in the apartement from Maria Rosa Already the reception was great, we arrived at night at 01:30 clock and were greeted by the owner friendly. She had cold drinks and tasty Sicilian specialties for us! The apartment is very clean and very well equipped, even spices, oil, vinegar, detergent, etc., were present. The living area is very quiet, you just hear the ocean roar (-: . To the center or to the sandy beach you can easily walk (10-15 minutes) We were there in early October and had perfect conditions. Daytime about 24 - 26 C ° and sun, at night 22 ° C, the sea just wonderful, plenty of room on the beach and all the restaurants and shops were still open. We got even with a day of couscous festival, which always takes place in late September, the alone is worth the trip. Around a successful holiday!

Great family home

This home was exactly what my family and friends were looking for; modern, spacious, quiet and close enough to walk down to the beach. We were renting the bottom floor which has it's own large garden. The house is situated in a calm residential area up the hill from the port. I was visiting with my husband, 2 young children and another couple. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the best part was the giant garden/outdoor eating area! Every evening we were able to enjoy BBQ meals out on our own patio. I would deffinetly recommend this property, Maria Rosa is a wonderful lady and willing to help with anyting. Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Gerade erst sind wir zuhause angekommen und schon packt uns das Fernweh! San Vito Lo Capo ist einfach ein wunderbarer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Angefangen beim Strand, der als der schönste Italiens gilt, über die Stadt, die bei Tag noch eher unscheinbar und grau wirkt, bei Nacht allerdings zur vollen Pracht erstrahlt, bis hin zur Wohnung die alles abrundet. Über die Wohnung gibt es nur positives zu berichten. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen Gegend liegend, kann man hier sehr schöne Tage verbringen. Vor allem ist zu betonen, dass die Bilder nicht lügen. Teilweise sogar noch einiges nicht zeigen... Zu den Extras die die Wohnung besonders reizvoll machen, zählen neben den bereits oben genannten Punkten die große überdachte Terasse (Außenherd!), die sehr gute automatische Klimaanlage, Digitales Fernsehen (einge deutsche Fernsehsender), kostenloses W-Lan, ein umzäuntes Grundstück mit genug Parkmöglichkeiten und vor allem die sehr wertige Einrichtung. Auch die Vermieterin, die uns eine Grundaustattung stellte war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zusätzlich ist Sie über ihre Handynummer bei Fragen stets zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert wäre ein Auto, sofern man seine Tage nicht nur in San Vito und am Strand verbringen möchte den es gibt eniges zu entdecken. Vor allem die Stadt über den Wolken "Erice"...
